The Red Room Maraja is part of an historical apartment located in very lively neighborhood next to the center of town. Three bedrooms in total and 2 shared bathrooms. Train station and bus stop within walking distance (5 min) . Easy to reach turistic hotspots and beaches. Rooms to be rented separately. Supermarkets, shops, cafes, shopping mall, restuarants all available nearby. The Red Maraja's Room is very big, 30 m2, with living area, ideal for couples or families up to 4 people. One king size bed and possibility of 2 rollaway beds .

Una casa d'epoca spaziosa e ben curata. La posizione è ottima essendo verso il centro, in prossimità; della metropolitana, dell'acquario di genova a sole due fermate, vicino ad un centro storico e con la spiaggia a 10 minuti con i mezzi o 5 in macchina. La proprietaria dell'immobile è stata molto gentile ed affettuosa che ha reso il soggiorno davvero molto accogliente. Consigliatissimo.
