シルバンハイツのダウンタウンから3マイル離れた、大規模な高級3ベッドルームタウンハウス。

Thank you for staying with us - "very nice property" is exactly how we hope every group feels when they walk in. Guests who take a moment to share their stay are who we set this house up for. Next time you're in Nashville, the hot tub and coffee on the balcony will be waiting. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Rachel - "lots of room, good hospitality" is the pairing we work hardest to deliver, so thank you for naming both. Space that works for a whole group and a reasonable drive to downtown is the balance this house was set up around. Guests who take the time to write a note like yours are exactly who we keep it ready for. Next Nashville trip, the hot tub and the firepit will be waiting for your group. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

"Good location for the price" is exactly the trade this house was built around: two miles from Broadway, but with a hot tub, a firepit, a putting green, and four king beds instead of a cramped downtown box. Four nights tells us the rhythm of it worked. Travelers who weigh location against value the way you did are exactly who this place is set up for. Next trip, the firepit after dark and coffee on the balcony in the morning are the parts most people wish they'd used more. Thanks for staying with us. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

"Beautiful home" and "a breeze" are exactly how we want check-in and check-out to feel, and the top-floor balcony is a favorite for a reason. You're right about the wine glasses: a stay with a balcony like that deserves them, and they're going on our stocking list. Guests who notice the little details are who we set this house up for. Next Nashville trip, plan an extra night: coffee on the balcony, a soak in the private hot tub, and a full set of wine glasses waiting. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

A quiet neighborhood and a yard that's actually fun to be in are two things you can't fake in photos, and they're a big part of why we chose this property. Guests who notice the yard tend to be the ones who genuinely unwind on a trip instead of just sleeping somewhere between plans. Next time you're two miles from Broadway, the hot tub and fire pit are yours. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Suzie - "clean and comfortable for all of us" is the whole goal, so thank you for saying it plainly. Glad your questions were answered quickly; on a group trip that matters more than anything else in the listing, and it's the standard we hold ourselves to. Travelers who come back and take the time to write a note like this are exactly who we keep this house set up for. When you do go back, the hot tub after a long day and coffee on the balcony in the morning are the two things people wish they'd used more. See you next Nashville trip, Suzie. - Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

"Very comfortable" is the word we actually design toward — the hot tub, the king beds, and the balcony coffee spot were all chosen with that one idea in mind, so it's good to hear it land. If there's something that would have moved this from comfortable to excellent, we'd honestly like to know; that gap is where we do our best work. Either way, the fire pit and putting green will be here next time you're two miles from Broadway. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Thank you for the kind words — glad the space, price, and location all lined up for the group. We try to be easy to reach and quick to respond, so it's great to hear that came through. Hope to host you again!

We understand the frustration, and we want future guests to have context. Our homes have a firm guest maximum and a damage-protection step that every booking goes through; both exist so each stay is protected and the neighborhood stays a good place to be. Cancellations follow the policy chosen at booking, and our messages were sent to help the reserved stay go forward. We are sorry this one did not work out, and we stand behind the standards that keep our homes safe and in great shape for the groups who stay with us. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service
