Thank you for the perfect score! We're glad you enjoyed your mornings on the balcony and those memorable wildlife moments — pelicans, dolphins, and a baby breaching sound wonderful. It's great the unit was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, check-in was easy, and parking was plentiful. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to host you again. Thank you for your review. We appreciate you choosing Luxury Coastal Vacations and your 4‑star rating. We’re glad you found the property clean and close to the beach. We’re sorry onsite parking was limited and a handicap space was needed — we’ll share this with the property team and association so they can evaluate parking allocations and accessibility options. We also apologize for the lack of response about the oven and living‑room lamps. Maintenance should have followed up; we’ll investigate and arrange repairs promptly. If you can share any additional details via your Vrbo message (dates/unit info or photos), that will help us prioritize fixes. Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations
