Cozy and bright apartment, with a very large bedroom, bathroom, living room with fully equipped open kitchen and large terrace.

With capacity for 4 people and a cot available on request, it is a cozy and fully equipped place.

It has air conditioning in the living-dining room and fan in the room, internet access, hairdryer, television, the glass-ceramic kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, microwave ....

The Avenida apartment is located next to the old bed of the Turia river, in a perfect location to visit the main monuments and places of interest that Valencia has to offer.

200 meters from the Palau de la Música, the apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Ciudad de las Ciencias, halfway between the center and the beaches. From there, walking in 10 minutes you can comfortably reach the historic center of the modern and current city of Valencia. Perfectly connected to the Malvarrosa beach
The beach is about 2 km away and can be easily reached by bus or bicycle, and the Turia Gardens are less than a 5-minute walk away.

The Alameda and Aragon metro stations are very close, with direct connection to the airport with metro lines 3 and 5, it is also very well connected with different bus lines that take you directly both to the city center and to the beach , as well as the most fashionable restaurants, clubs and discos in the city.

This apartment was excellent. Felt very comfortable here. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor space.Host was very responsive and left some good recommendations for groceries and dining. We'd definitely stay here again.

A perfect base for exploring València. The apartment was exactly as described and we much appreciated the help and advice from Veronica and Pancho. Nice neighbourhood cafes and bars , just a short walk to the Túria gardens. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the apartment to others.

The apartment is in an excellent location half way to the beach and the old town. Veronica is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble, The apartment is equipped with everything from washing up liquid to toilet rolls so really a home from home! The supermarket is just a stroll away as well as a fabulous Italian restaurant - take away pizza place that is well worth a visit, we also found a lovely little pub at the back of the apartment block - lovely and friendly. All in all i would highly recommend renting this apartment as you certainly wont be disappointed!

Great apartment.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights during the Fallas festival. We enjoyed the location since it was just a short 10 minute walk to all of the happenings of the festival and the older part of the city. The festival is very busy and the apartment gave us some peace, even though you could still here the explosions and fireworks in the distance. There is one small grocery about 5 minutes walk and a larger one about 8 minute walk. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded right away to any questions. They also provided a great deal of information to us about the area before we arrived. The apartment was well equipped for our stay and I would recommend the accommodation while staying in Valencia.

Saubere Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr groß und war sehr sauber. Der Balkon wäre für 4 Leute allerdings recht klein. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist gut. Das Schlafzimmer war in der Sommerhitze auch mit dem Ventilator leider nur schlecht zu kühlen. Das Badezimmer war ok. Der Check-In durch Pancho war freundlich und pünktlich, die Kommunikation sehr gut, wir konnten sogar früher in die Wohnung als angegeben. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bar, in der man auch essen kann. Metro, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Turia-Park sind fußläufig erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es einige. Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Wohnung und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Comfortable apartment, great location.

Located within walking distance to the old city, Valencia’s massive central park (Jardi del Turia) and the CIty of Arts & Sciences as well bus & metro lines. The apartment itself was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, spacious living area and a nice balcony to eat on. Great bathroom with a good shower & plenty of hot water. A comfortable bed and plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Our host was there to meet us when we arrived to go over everything and responded immediately the one time we needed to contact her. We spent almost a month here and would stay again without any hesitation.

Great stay!

This flat was perfect for what we were looking for during our vacation. It is centrally located, close to bus and metro, and at the same time is very quiet and tranquil. My husband and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the mornings, and the well-stocked kitchen was great for cooking meals. Veronica and Pancho were wonderful hosts. They met us to get us settled, and were responsive to any questions we had. We greatly appreciated their kindness. We highly recommend this place!

Tolles Apartment in Valencia

Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien in Valencia verbracht. Beigetragen hat hierzu auch das tolle Apartment von Veronika und der äußerst nette Kontakt. Das Apartment ist wunderbar eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Besonders genossen haben wir die kurzen Wege zum Turiapark, dem Centro Storico, dem Strand und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Haus in dem sich das Apartment befindet ist ruhig und sicher. In der er unmittelbaren Umgebung befindet sich alles was man so zum täglichen Leben braucht: mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheken, etc..... Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und können uns gut vorstellen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Danke Veronica und liebe Grüße!

Beach and Market

This was a lovely little apartment in the perfect location between Valencia’s central market/Cathedral neighbourhood and the beaches. All the lovely restaurants and attractions you could want are walking distance one way, and the beach is an easy ValenBiSi or bus ride in the other direction. Veronica and Pancho are lovely hosts. The only thing that was lacking was air conditioning in the bedroom, but I realize we were staying during the hottest part of the year.

Un appartement idéal pour un séjour réussi à Valence !

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet appartement : il est très lumineux, spacieux, confortable (bonne literie, plein de place pour ranger ses affaires, cuisine et sdb bien équipées), bien éclairé pour le soir, joliment décoré, et donnant sur un espace dégagé à l'arrière de l'immeuble, donc au calme. Les beaux jardins de la Turia et l'arrêt de bus pour la plage sont tout prêts, les commerces alimentaires et bons restaurants aussi, Ruzafa et le centre historique sont accessibles à pied : on est donc idéalement placé pour profiter des plaisirs de Valence et il y en a beaucoup ! Autre point important : les propriétaires sont exceptionnellement disponibles, accueillants et coopératifs. Nous serons vraiment heureux de pouvoir revenir !

Schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung, sehr gutem Bett (!!), Küche reicht zum Kochen und Backofen ist ebenfalls vorhanden, also also was man braucht Super Anbindung an den Flughafen per Metro oder Bahnhof per Bus, Taxi nicht notwendig sehr nah dem Turia Park zum Entspannen und zum Joggen super geeignet zum Strand per Leihrad /Valenbisi etwa 20 Minuten, Strand und Promenade sind klasse

Very comfortable apartment with great hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment. It was also very conveniently located! Pancho and Veronica are perfect hosts who did everything possible to make our visit an excellent experience. They provided detailed maps, info, and suggestions about what to do, where to shop, and how to get around. They even allowed us to stay in the apt until late afternoon on the final day, because of a late flight (without an additional charge, since a new guest was not scheduled to arrive that day) and also called a cab for pickup, when a torrential rain developed! They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful!

Apartment OK but with some problems

I can confirm most part of the positive matters of previous reviews such as an apartment in a good position, well equipped, with plenty of light etc....   but I have also to report some problems that I found that I hope will be solved for those coming after me. 1) Bad mattress If you are in vacation and do not sleep well you do not fully appreciate the vacation. The bed was equipped with an economic mattress with depressions in the sleep positions and higher in the middle and the sides. This is not comfortable at all. I wanted to turn it but it was dirty and moldy underneath. I reported the owner on whatsapp that mattress was not good enough but got no reaction. 2) Cleaning At first glance everything seemed clean but when trying to turn the mattress I noticed under the bed was dirty. Looking more carefully around I found that also corners were not clean. When you pay 30 euros for cleaning you expect it's well cleaned. 3) Windows Open and close windows was really hard. With a bit of oil or grease this problem can be easily solved. Blinds can not be blocked and slam with the wind.

Eine schöne, großzügige Wohnung, helle Räume trotz Nordseite, viel Stauraum für die Sachen

Einziges Manko: nur ein (großes)Laken zum Zudecken für 2 Personen, wer das nicht gewohnt ist, muss sich noch eins von zu Hause mitbringen. Wir haben uns mit einem großen Strandtuch beholfen. Schön, dass der Turia-Park so nah ist, auch die Bushaltestelle für den Bus (Nr. 2) zum Strand fast gegenüber. Man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Appartement confortable et idéalement situé

Confortable et lumineux appartement. Nombreuses lignes de bus et station de vélo Valenbisi au pied de l’immeuble permettant de rayonner dans toute la ville et vers la plage. Transfert de l’aéroport en ligne métro directe puis 10 min à pied. Appartement très propre et spacieux, terrasse agréable. Climatisation dans le séjour et ventilateur dans la chambre, le tout suffisant pour température extérieure de plus de 30°C. Appartement au calme car situé à l’arrière de l’immeuble. Isolation phonique intérieure déficiente mais pas d’impact durant la nuit. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, ponctuels et disponibles pour toutes infos. Nous avons pu occuper l’appartement le matin à 10h et quitter à 15h (ceci en fonction des autres locataires). Bref, une excellente adresse pour découvrir l’attrayante ville de Valence.

The apartment is spotlessly clean. Very well equipped and styled beautifully. Veronica and Pancho are lovely people and cannot help enough to make sure you enjoy your stay. The apartment is so ideally situated to enable you to see everything Valencia has to offer. The beach, the food and the park and basilica culture!!! We had an amazing experience at Veronica and Pancho s apartment .
