New (April 2020) kitchen appliances, cabinets and granite counters, bathroom and flooring. Enjoy Amazing ocean and beach views from your balcony. This is the 3rd unit from the ocean on the 3rd floor and honestly the view beats the direct oceanfront views because of the panoramic effect. Sea Side Villas is minutes away from the very popular Coligny Beach Park area where you can enjoy the many restaurants and shops. The famous Tiki Hut beach bar is also just steps away from Sea Side Villas.

The bedroom has a queen bed, closet and TV and the living area has a sleeper sofa. The living/kitchen area is open and the kitchen is fully stocked (pots, pans, cooking sheets, serving and eating utensils, dishware, glassware, tupperware, etc...) so you can enjoy meals without having to go out to eat all the time. A Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker are provided as well as a Ninja blender, a slow cooker, toaster and microwave. You are provided with fluffy bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels as well as paper products.

The elevator is located near the pool and we also have luggage carts for your use.


Also provided for your convenience are 4 beach chairs, rolling and bag cooler, boogie boards and two adult beach cruiser bicycles. The bikes are located under the building on the ocean side. The beach shower/rinse off area is located under the building adjacent to the bike racks.

We had a great weekend at Paul's place! It was wonderful to be right on the beach, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment was incredibly well stocked, with everything you'd need for a beach vacation, and we'd love to return some day!

Amazing stay! We headed down to HHI for a quick weekend getaway before the start of school. We’ve stayed in a few of the villas in this complex but this one was the best we’ve ever rented. The room is decorated well but it’s the thought that went into it that sets it apart. There are snacks, drinks and everything you need for a day at the beach including a beach cart, coolers, towels, boogie board, etc. we brought all of our own gear but realized once we got there that we could have left everything at home. The location is perfect…..just a few steps to the beach. We especially liked the 3rd floor location as it gives you a great beach view. We would definitely love to rent here again!

Location, size, view, price......cannot beat this property! Whether it's for a couple or a family with a couple of little ones, it is as advertised. Nice view, comfortable sleep, and beyond furnished. We've stayed in several spots in the Coligny area and this is just as top notch as any.

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo is wonderful! My wife, daughter (16), and I were very happy with our stay. The condo is very nicely updated and had several amenities like beach equipment, bath towels, some extra cleaning supplies if needed. The balcony has an amazing ocean view, easy access to the beach, nice pool on site, and walking distance to Coligny. We will be booking here again in the future!

Stunning and easily bike-able

The villa was stunning and well-stocked with amenities and everything we needed for the weekend. We especially loved having two bikes included, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas for the beach provided by the owner. It was so easy to walk downstairs and straight onto the beach each day. We took the bikes out every day and found Hilton Head to be extremely bike-able and easy to get around. This was one of our top favorite trips, and a lot had to do with the location and amenities available at the villa. The owner was also very easy to get in contact with, and so kind to speak to. If we are ever back in HHI we will for sure be staying here again!

The location is wonderful. Easy walk to beach or shopping and dining. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Paul was always available. Savannah Ga has been one of my favorite places but Hilton Head is going to be next on my list. Thanks Paul

Relaxing Beach Stay

Remodeled, small, comfortable, ocean views with extras! I loved the beach bikes, and used them every day! While I did not have any sunrise or sunset views from the balcony, the few of the ocean was very nice! Loved all of the extras that the owner provided throughout the unit! Ceiling fan in bedroom was needed and appreciated because no central air in unit. (Wall AC in living room) I had brought a fan, so I used that to draw some cool air in the hallway back to the bedroom. Hilton Head Island was very nice and a great beach for families with children with shallow water.

Everything we needed and more!

Our group of 2 adults and 2 children (9 & 5) enjoyed a short trip to Hilton Head Island and this condo was the perfect fit for us! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and the balcony view of the ocean was the highlight. We loved using the pool and the beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards made this location an easy choice. Having traveled by air, the amenities provided allowed us to pack minimally. Our stay was brief enough that we did not need laundry facilities, but they are only a few doors down the hallway. The property is quiet and well maintained, and the location can't be beat. Paul checked in on us prior to our trip and again upon arrival. We highly recommend this listing and hope to visit again!

Beach front property

A great property over looking the beach. Really close to the main beach and shopping centers. If you're wanting to do things like deep see fishing or go to Walmart it's only a 20 minute drive. While we were down there if we had an question or had to contact the owner, he was quick to get back to us. Clean and well put together property.

This place was amazing! Paul is an excellent host. The unit is extremely clean and well stocked for a beach vacation. The view is outstanding. You can't beat the location. The condition of everything (towels, sheets, bed, sofa, kitchen equipment) is high quality. Easy check-in process and entry to unit. Unit looks like the pictures. Book this unit without hesitation.

Quick Trip

My wife and I were dropping off a relative and decided to stay a few days. Having a clean nice space with a view is non-negotiable. Location is nice not only for a short walk to the beach but also to shopping, groceries, ice cream, coffee and the world greatest playground I have ever seen. The condo is great for a couple and has definitely been upgraded nicely. You may want to bring your own umbrella base to dig in the sand...otherwise beach towels, coolers, cart, towels, sheets and utensils are all provided. Overall excellent experience.

Great location and view

Paul has put together a great setup here and the location can't be beat. A short walk either on the paths or via the beach to shopping and restaurants makes this a very convenient place to stay. I parked the car and basically didn't use it. The view of the beach from the balcony is great and I actually spent more time there than on the beach itself! The villa is stocked with all the basics you need to just show up and not have to lug a bunch of extras with you. I would definitely stay here again when visiting HHI.

Attention to Detail- no worries!

We host quite a bit at our home in Charleston- I can tell that Paul enjoys it as much as we do! Thoughtful details, in refreshments in the fridge, coffee/creamer, folded spotless towels, and enough information /directions to feel as though you are welcome, secure and comfortable, rather than a tourist that he doesn't trust. After traveling, it's nice to know the first day is going to be easy without worrying about suntan lotion, paper towels, dishwashing liquid etc- all of this was supplied enough to get you to the grocery when you can! Every ounce of space is utilized for convenience and a calm setting. The Beach, Pool, Parking all easy access! Wi-fi was plenty strong, as I had family in other units that struggled with theirs. Not us! Thank you Paul!

I moved back to the island in 2014 and decided to start managing and taking care of properties. I also am a licensed SC General Contractor and have a handy man business and do small renovation projects for other property owners on the island. With my background in hospitality I acquired much knowledge on how to provide comfortable accommodations which lead to memorable experiences.
