Description: the Mazière with an area of 100 m² is arranged as follows:
- entrance of 6 m²
- a large room with a bed of 140x200, a bed of 90x200, a wardrobe and shelves,
- a large bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a large wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower and double sinks, heated towel rail,
- a living room with a dining area a lounge area giving direct access to the terrace with sofa bed, TV and wifi; a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge / freezer, hood, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and toaster, with direct access to the terrace.

Very Good Property

Good location, great for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. Great wine tasting options, Blois Chateau excellent and the zoo at Beauval for adults and kids alike! A very well equipped property and nice walks along the river and canal.

Ruime woning voor 4 of 5 personen aangezien er maar 1 wc en 1 badkamer aanwezig is. De bedden lagen prima maar 140 cm voor een 2 persoons bed is wel een beetje smal. Verder een prima woning voor de vraagprijs.

Belle maison fonctionnelle , idéale pour une famille de 5 personnes... Un grand jardin clôturé permettant de laisser les enfants jouer tranquillement dehors. Extérieur avec BBQ, terrain de pétanque et panier de basket. Au cœur des pays de la Loire, idéalement situé pour la découverte de la région. Les propriétaires situés à proximité sont adorables et très réactifs le cas échéant. Chaudement recommandé !

Maison très confortable et agréable, parfaitement équipée, grand jardin avec des coins ombragés, et un terrain de pétanque plaisant! A 10-15 minutes à pied du centre de la ville et de ses commerçants. Sans doute la plus belle maison que nous ayons louée. Propriétaire sympathique et en plus, région magnifique!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit großen Garten und eigener Boule-Anlage. Gepflegt und sauber, gutes Bett, sehr einladend, mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Während der heißen Tage (>36 Grad) immer erholsam kühl. Stadtkern problemlos per Fuß erreichbar, neuer Boulanger/Patissier in der Straße absolut empfehlenswert. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Chenonceau, Blois, …) bestens geeignet. Karine hatte alles bestens vorbereitet und hat bei Anfragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder mal.
