AZ trek

The property was quiet and clean. The kitchen could use some different dishware, smaller and glasses 8 oz. I bought a can opener, cookie sheet and hot pads and left them. The dishwasher is not bolted in place so it tended to tip out of position when the heavy plates were being placed in the lower rack.The pool was on the neighboring property and not open. The front desk person told me the owners should not market it as an amenity as it's owned by 47 Hotel.Having said all this , the unit was functional as we were in Phoenix to deal with a family member's death.

April stay

There were things I've come to expect with VRBO that weren't in place. Small things that added up. Kitchen mostly empty. Freezer had the remains of a spilled slurpy, no kitchen garbage can, just a very small one and another small one in the bathroom, no extra garbage bags. Bed had no fitted sheet on the bottom, so I basically had to re-make the bed every day. The people above were unbelievably noisy and it's a no smoking facility, but the grass outside the patio was littered with cigarette butts. Bathroom was very clean. Getting the shower to work the first time was hit and miss. Bed was comfortable.

Great location to Talking Stick

Easy check-in, condo was clean & well stocked. Host was very responsive when I unfortunately got locked out of the condo, code fix wasn’t working & she responded within 20 mins with a key, leaving it behind as an emergency back-up for the remainder of my stay. Ice machine is down the hall at entrance, didn’t use the pool or laundry room but the patio was very comfortable, allowed for sun & cool shade. The couch was comfortable & accommodated my 6’4 son to sleep on with no issue. Thank you for a great, affordable spot Therese!

Great location, simple, and comfortable!

Teresa was a great host! Information was thorough and she communicated so well. Everything was so easy. The location was great considering we were there for the Great Wolf Lodge and spring training baseball. There are also many great food options nearby. There were four of us staying there, and it was a great size for all. The kids slept on the pull out couch bed and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable for two. We will stay here again in the future!

Our visit to the VRBO

We were very excited to visit Scottsdale. The condo we chose said it was walking distance to Old Scottsdale. We were looking forward to spending a day checking it out. Unfortunately it was not within walking distance. Not true at all. It would have taken us at least an hour to walk it and it was in the mid 80's when we were there. So that was not represented accurately. Also, the pictures we saw of the building and surrounding area was nothing like the place at all. The Building is in need of clean up and repairs. The condo was decorated nicely. Modern furniture, Useful kitchen. A patio with table and chairs to eat and read outside. We also appreciated the large leather sofa and tv. The room by the bathroom, i would call it a vanity. There was a large space and counter with a large mirror and sink, which was nice and convenient. This was separate from the Bathroom. When we started running the water it started stinking. A really gross smell. It would subside when we stopped using the sink, which was disappointing to do. We stopped running the water for 2 days and tried it again. The smell came back and was worse, to the point of gross. I had to cover my nose when I walked through that area. In addition the Kitchen sink started to stink as well. Clearly there is a very bad problem that needs to be corrected. Also, the dishwasher is falling out of the counter.This was all a huge disappointment and changed the whole experience for us. We will not be returning.

Great location

Check in was very smooth, great instruction. Had a few questions once we were in the unit, nothing super important so I texted the manager expecting a reply by the next day. She replied immediately by phone and came to see me five minutes later. Very impressive! The unit was Very clean unfortunately the building not so much, was okay though. Comfortable place, was a little dated but fine. Communal grill was disgusting the pool was actually part of the adjacent hotel and was OK. Hot tub wasn't hot so didn't use. I would stay there again.

Great location

Location is close to everything but a rental car is a must in Scottsdale. The condo was clean with a need for minor fixes (outdoor light not working, plug receptacles loose and chargers kept falling out, shower head and faucet in bathtub) Neighbours upstairs were noisy and kept us up most of the night with pets making noise. For the price and location the condo was worth it.

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Love the patio facing the sun. No need to go to pool. Great location. Great walking and biking paths along Pima Road. Theresa is great host. 2nd time here.I'll be back.

A comfortable affordable place to stay

The apartment I rented was well maintained and well supplied with just about everything needed for an extended stay. The host was quite accommodating. The only item missing was a clock.. A wall or table clock not anywhere. There was just the oven & microwave . Not one in bedroom or living area.. On the whole, my experience was good. It was the 1st time I rented something like this.

Nice condo. Oddly cool. Some of the outlets don't work. But my arrival was a disaster. I hadn't received the room code by email before arriving. Getting in contact with the manager through VRBO took over an hour, and having to wait in the 105 degree heat was extremely unpleasant.

So close to perfection

The location of this unit could've been better for us, Scottsdale is a great community. It was close to many hiking trails and close to important stores. We felt safe at all time. The condo was clean and very well equipped with everything from the kitchen necessities to ironing board and hair dryer. It was a very quiet complex and area. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Great location for Scottsdale staycation

Clean, no-frills cozy condo conveniently located near Talking Stick Resort and lots of dining options. Bed and couch are both firm. For the price, can’t beat it.
