Great, Great House and Host

This is SUCH a great house. We stayed for 3 weeks visiting our grown kids in September 2020. The backyard was very welcoming and could be configured to work for any size group we had. The big round seat is perfect for naps! The grill worked perfectly and we used it a lot. The kitchen was stocked with a TON of plates, sharp knives, silverware, glassware, and coffee mugs. There was even a grill pan for the BBQ!! We loved having cable TV complete with DVR so we didn’t miss any of our shows! The living room/kitchen combination is wonderful with lots of couch seating. The two bedrooms and office-with-a-bed share one full bathroom. That bathroom has 2 sinks with plenty of counter space and Mammy provides towels and liquid soap and even shampoo and conditioner. In fact, there was liquid soap at every sink. The kitchen had some dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and dishwasher soap. We didn’t expect to use these for the whole stay but it was nice to have to get us started. The bathrooms in this house are beautiful. The master bedroom looks out over the pool. The windows all open for a nice breeze if needed. The house could use a few things like there weren’t a lot of lights, dressers, or rugs. I just bought a $5 bedside lamp cause I like having those. I’m POSITIVE Mammy would’ve brought us one if we had asked. The master bedroom had no TV. Not a big deal for one or two nights but would’ve been nice for our 3 week stay. The neighborhood is SUPER close to amenities. We walked to Target, Safeway grocery store, Nugget grocery store (high end), as well as Mimosa House (where breakfast is always fun), a nail salon and Starbucks! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and friendly. Mammy is SUPER responsive and helpful. I’d rent again in a heartbeat.

Fun family stay

We had a really nice time staying at Mammy's vacation home. The pool was the highlight of our stay. The home is spacious and comfortable. Safe neighborhood and close to a shopping center and local park. Mammy was very kind offering assistance remotely while he was away and gave us a local family contact in case we needed anything while he was gone.

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood

Large house with nice pool and private backyard. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the house was as described in the listing.

Needs TLC

Very nice house easy check in and check out. Only downside walks and paint was filthy just needs to be freshened you. We took about 50 pictures the moment we walked in so they were time and date stamped. Didn’t want to get blamed
