Located in a peaceful gated community. Central shopping, dining, and entertainment is only 1-10 minutes away.
A community pool & gym is available for guests staying 90+ days.

The space
Spacious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home.
Master Bedroom
Cal King bed, office desk and chair, walk-in closet with organizational system, shower, and bathtub.
TV with Netflix, Hulu, Youtube and other streaming options.
Guest Bedroom 1
Queen bed, office desk and chair, shelving, closet.
Guest Bedroom 2 / Office
Two twin beds (trundle), oversized desk and chair, closet with shelving.
Bathrooms
Fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and hair dryer.
Kitchen
Includes cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee, seasoning, and condiments. Fridge dispenses water and ice.
Living Room
Enjoy the smart TV and Bose surround sound system, board games, and books while relaxing on the comfortable, nap inducing couch.
Garage
Nicely finished with epoxy floors and shelving. Residents must park in garage. Street parking is available for guests (2 permits provided). Garage dimensions: Entry width: 15' 6" | Entry height (max clearance): 6' 9" | Garage depth: 20' 2"
Backyard
BBQ grill and seating areas are provided.
Extras
Bedding, pillows, and cleaning supplies are provided.
