Pajara Gianfredi is a typical rural house in Salento.

A typical house a few kilometers away from the beaches of Gallipoli
The renovated house in the shape of a truncated pyramid with dry stone walls and it`s located in the countryside, 15 kilometers away from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast.

Two bedrooms and 4 bed accommodations
The pajara consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Lunch or dinner close to nature
The pajara has an equipped outdoor space where the guests can eat lunch or dinner.
Pajara Gianfredi is one of the units of Villa Gianfredi. With the main
unit and Trullo Gianfredi, it shares outdoor spaces such as the
looked-after Mediterranean garden, the pool with patio furnished with
beach beds and an outdoor lounge chairs and table.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Air conditioner only in the kitchen.
- Shared garden.
