annonce imprécise concernant le prix ,le classement,la communication avec l'agence;
Accueil inexistant;état des lieux non effectué ou fantaisiste
ex:portail d'entrée un seul ventail sur deux ,cabine de douche endommagée ,carrelage cassé par endroits ;pour l'annonce il y aurait 2 salles d eau en réalité une seule ,un wc dont on ne peut fermer la porte une fois à l'intérieur,.Le prix annoncé n est pas le bon il faut y ajouter les frais d 'agence pourquoi ne pas le faire savoir avant ? sans doute pour attirer le chaland le jour du départ toujours pas d 'état des lieux nous avons dut le faire nous même ,nous rendre a l'agence (fermée) et mettre les clés dans une boite à lettres.conclusion séjour en partie gaché qui ne sera pas renouvelé en tous cas pas avec cette agence.
