Family house of 240m2 in stone on a closed garden of 1000m2, located in full nature and close to any trade (2km)
House comprising:
-Au Ground floor: kitchen 40m2 team, living room - included in the house with an independent entrance, a studio of 50m2 including: bathroom, toilet, a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a living room with kitchen.
-Upstairs: bedroom 1: 1 double bed
                         Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
                         Bedroom 3: 1 double bed
                          Bedroom 4: 1 double bed and a single bed
Games room with double extra bed, library and TV - bathroom and toilet.
Outside: secured 9.5 x 4.5 flat-bottomed swimming pool and terrace of 100m2
At your disposal: sun lounger, garden furniture, garden table, trampoline, swing, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.
Not included: linen and towels
Cleaning supplement: 80 euros
Available from July 1st to September 30th.
Weekly rate: High season (July and August): 1500 euros
             Low season (September): 1000 euros
