This is a lovely house with a great pool in the middle of the countryside. The house is beautifully presented and was spotless upon our arrival. There was plenty of equipment for self-catering and we loved the outside eating areas. It was incredibly hot during our stay and so we made good use of the pool and it was a blessing to have air con in the house, too. The dark skies were great for star gazing at night time. It is so quiet and peaceful and was a perfect place to wind down. The house is well placed for visiting the Chateau Bonaguil, Grotte du Cougnac, canoeing on the river Lot from Puy l'eveque, gardens at Fumel and the medieval bridge and cathedral at Cahors. Our holiday was a perfect mixture of relaxation at the house and pool and local visits. We'll be back! Thank you very much.
