A perfect oasis of calm, peace and tranquility

My partner and I enjoyed a fantastic week at this villa. The pool and hot tub area is just fantastic, so private and peaceful for sunbathing and swimming. The large villa is really well laid out with everything you need for self catering, lovely bathrooms, great bedroom - and the whole area is nice and quiet. You are not overlooked by anyone and we didn't hear any neighbours at all during our stay. 5 minute drive to the sea - but we didn't go as much as we thought we would, we stayed at the villa all day! Javier the owner responded immediately when we had any questions and was very easy to deal with, a nice guy. Can't wait to return for longer.

Not as described, pool and jacuzzi dirty and or unusable. Property unkempt and with lots of damage certainly not as shown in photos and meant it did not feel comfortable. Area surrounding seemed ok but felt isolated. Check in procedure was dealt with by another person as renter was away. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it either.

The Price of the accomodation unfotunately does not correspond to the offer

We arrived with two families and children and were looking forward to the holiday. The contact with the owner was okay, but very superficial and brief. The introduction was also very superficial. We had been promised in writing beforehand that the broken Jacuzzi would be replaced by a portable temporary hot tub. However, the owner did not want to know anything about this during the introduction. The house itself is beautiful, but not well-maintained and only the essentials are repaired. A water damage in the living room was not fixed, and the children had to sleep with their heads against the moldy wall, which is harmful to health. The toilet seat and shower were broken, but temporarily repaired. There was a sewage smell in the large bathroom. However, there was a nice pool and working air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was ultimately a big disappointment. Unfortunately, I cannot upload photos here to show the real condition. If needed and interested, I can send them directly.

Überraschende Wendung

Der Vermieter hat uns das gemietete Objekt nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, sondern ein Ersatzhaus angeboten. Die Einrichtung wies sehr viele Beschädigungen auf. Es gab viele Wasserschäden und Schimmel. Auf der Terasse wurde beschädigtes Mobiliar abgeladen. Es gab Sicherheitsprobleme wegen verrosteter Stufen und offener Elektrik.

Decepción

La realidad no se ajusta en absoluto a las fotografías. La casa no estaba limpia (restos de suciedad de los inquilinos anteriores); hay muchos desperfectos en rodapiés, desconchones en paredes, enchufes sueltos... Poco menaje de cocina y sucio; no había bandeja en el horno. En la zona exterior, la piscina sí es correcta pero el jacuzzi no calienta y se sale. No pudimos usar la barbacoa de lo sucia que estaba. En general, una estancia decepcionante ya que no esperas una diferencia tan grande entre lo que ves en las fotografías y lo que te encuentras.

Leuk huis met goede faciliteiten

Heel leuk huis met alle benodigde faciliteiten. Zwembad en jacuzi waren heerlijk zeker met her warme weer. De slaapkamer zonder airco was goed re doen ondanks de warmte. Je hebt wel voor alles de auto nodig behalve als je de bergen in wilt wandelen. Het hiis heeft wel onderhoud nodig om de puntjes op de i te zetten zoals laminaat goed leggen, plakstrips die weg zijn. Ligbedjes buiten die kapot waren, BBQ roosters vol met roest. Allemaal van die kleine dingetjes die jammer zijn maar het niet minder aangenaam maken.

Décevant !

Villa non conforme aux photos de l'annonce, tous les équipements datent et sont usés. Il n'y a même pas assez de transats pour 6 personnes et ceux qui sont là sont abîmés voire cassés. Point positif pour la grande salle de bain. Le propriétaire est réactif et agréable. Toute la maison et les extérieurs ont sérieusement besoin d'une rénovation. La villa est bien située et au calme. Changer vos photos et soyez plus honnête sur l'état de la villa afin que les locataires ne soient pas déçus en arrivant, cela vous évitera les commentaires désagréables. Nous n'avons du coup pas pu profiter des extérieurs et c'est bien dommage pour une villa dans le sud de l'Espagne.

La casa en general está bien, pero la limpieza bastante deficiente. Paellero y chimenea sin limpiar. Pelos en el baño. 1 rollo de papel del WC para 2 días. Jabón de manos, escaso. Tampoco nos dejo leña ni para chimenea ni barbacoa, escasos 3 palitos y unos troncazos que ni ardían. Y después de hablar y acordar que estaría habilitada una zona a parte para que pudiéramos tener otra estancia independiente, al llegar nos dice que no puede ser, y nos planta una cama en el salón.

Jolie propriété trés bien située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans une jolie propriété avec beaucoup de charme, bien située à 10 minutes des plages et des commodités. Excellent accueil, vue le temps exceptionnel, Javier a mis le SPA en service pour répondre à notre demande, nous en avons bien profité. A noter toutefois, la présence de l'autoroute en contre-bas (mais pas de bruit la nuit, la maison est bien isolée) et la difficulté d'accès au stationnement sur la propriété (très en pente). Parfait pour 6 personnes. A refaire, sans hésitez.

Fuimos dos parejas con niños y perritos a pasar dos noches. El lugar muy bonito y tranquilo y la casa no se puede pedir más... Piscina, jardín, barbacoa, Jacuzzi... Las peques lo pasaron súper bien y nosotros tranquilos y muy cómodos en la estancia. Las camas muy cómodas y los baños reformados! No pondría ninguna pega! El dueño se portó fenomenal, fue muy flexible con el horario por las peques...Gracias Javier!!

Nous avons apprécié cette belle maison moderne, spacieuse et lumineuse. Mais, concernant la propreté , il y a à redire, tant pour la maison que pour le jardín. Le propriétaire est sympathique et il a la gentillesse d'accepter les animaux. La maison est située dans un très bel environnement et béneficie de beaucoup de calme.

Teveel punten die niet in orde waren

* Borden en bestek waren niet onmiddellijk te gebruiken, stonden vuil in de kast, plakten zelfs op de legger van de kast * Wasmachine deur was stuk en niet te gebruiken, en dit was al langer te zien aan de roest onder de deur van de machine * onvoldoende bestek en kookgerief * douche kop badkamer 1 onbruikbaar, paste niet in de houder * deur buitengebouw was totaal beschadigd, niet veilig voor kinderen * tuinhuis zelfde verhaal, was in zijn geheel scheefgezakt, niet veilig voor kinderen * barbecue was amper bruikbaar, eerst alles moeten opruimen * jacuzzi was niet proper * wel badhanddoeken, geen keukenhanddoeken * ......... Heb fotos om dit alles te staven, kan ze sturen op uw verzoek. Positief ; * ligging zwembad, mooi uit de wind * mooi uitzicht * goede ligging * ........

Great villa with beautiful views!

The Villa is in a great location, just minutes drive from Benicassim Town and the beach, great access to the motorway too. There is plenty of space, the bedrooms are a great size and the walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom was a bonus! If you wake up early enough to see the sunrise it really is quite beautiful! The views are breathtaking from the whole villa! Javier was so nice to deal with, he made sure we had everything we needed and brought fresh bed sheets and towels after a few days. We stayed in January but the weather was still warm and we used the lovely space around the pool and hot tub a lot. We also stayed with our small dog and the whole complex is completely safe for dogs with gates all the way around so he could roam freely. Thanks for having us Javier!
