You'll love the amazing river views that greet you in our clean and relaxing two bedroom cottage!
We feature a 65" HD Smart TV perfect for Netflix chilling and a fully equipped kitchen for entertaining the whole crew.

Our guests sleep comfortably here with queen beds in both Master and Guest rooms plus a queen pullout in Living Room. The full bath has a tub and shower and the half bath affords everyone privacy..(no arguing who gets the bathroom here!)
The open concept Dining/Living Room plus Family Room give ample space for all to stretch out and relax either with a book or to take a nap by the wood burning fire place. The Screen Porch offers peaceful light-filled space for your yoga workout, room for little ones to play or, for our Business Travelers, a work area with a desk and printer/wireless Internet.

Enjoy the beautiful deck and your choice of 2 outdoor fire pit overlooking the Rock River where you'll watch boaters, beautiful sunsets and interesting wildlife.

Perfect weekend getaway for you and/or your family visiting from out of town...only 10 minutes to Rockford but you will feel like you are in the North Woods of Wisconsin! The woods and water just make you say "Ahhhhhh...peace and quiet!" All of our guests love the convenience of shopping/dining 5 min from the house along Rt 173 including Target, Lowes, Panera, Meier Grocery and so much more!

Sorry insurance does not cover swimming or use of our boats. But feel free to bring your own watercraft and tie off at our dock during boating seasons. No pets or smoking allowed.

My sisters came from out-of-state to join my husband and I for a visit to see our son at Beloit College. We didn’t want a long drive home after dinner and wanted to visit the lovely Beloit Farmers’ Market the next day. This was a comfortable place to retreat and regroup. Surprise Celebration

We had a surprise celebration for my sis in law. This property was her grandparents growing up. So it was super special to be able to rent it. The property is beautifully decorated and we thought it would be a great space to stay again for a cozy family stay and enjoying the water. Perfect space with plenty of room!

Property is wonderful. Excellently taken cae of. Will equiped kitchen-more than many of our other VBRO stays. Back porch and view of river if fantastic. Bedding is of high quality. Perfect Getaway!

A small group of girlfriends met here for a weekend and I am so glad we did! The rental was just as listed. It was clean, so peaceful, in a great location, with an amazing backyard patio and river view. The check in and out was easy, and Kelly left us a list of orchards nearby. We found some really nice consignment shops and spent 3 hours at a nearby antique mall before heading back for grilling out and sitting by the campfire. I have never slept at a rental with beds as comfortable as Kelly's were, including the pullout couch. We are hoping for a repeat visit in the future.

Riverhouse Stay

We use VRBO regularly and agreed this was one of our best stays! Peaceful area, the house was cute, very clean and well provisioned. Instructions were all provided and clear and we had no issues requiring call or message to the hostess/host. It was exactly what we needed and made a hectic weekend SO much easier! River Rest and Relaxation

My partner and I wanted to get away for a close-to-home but still feels like a vacation weekend. We couldn’t have picked a better place than Kelly’s River House. Spacious and a view

You would be hard pressed to find a prettier location than this right on the river. The 5 of us had plenty of room. The laundry facilities are very convenient. The only issue we had was bubbles underfoot in the tub. The bottom gives a bit here and there requiring some care in the shower.

Nice place

It was very clean and comfortable. Toilet paper has to be placed in garbage instead of flushing it. Unable to watch the large tv because it was too close to the seats. The water view and fire pit were nice. Being able to unload from the attached garage was a plus.
