Beautiful 2 bedroom duplex in the center of Nancy

Beautiful duplex with 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) in the center of Nancy of 42m2. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated. The apartment is ideally located in the center of Nancy, close to all amenities. It is 3rd floor without elevator with spiral staircase of an old building. The living room overlooks the street and the rooms overlook a garden.

Manual of the house:
The WIFI codes are located under the internet box. Netflix -> channel 66
The cleaning fee is included but if you could put the dishes in the drip tray before you leave it helps us to save some time for the next guests.
Also if you could get your garbage down the building, it would be super nice! Garbage trucks pass regularly throughout the day. If you do not have the time or have forgotten, no worries, can also leave the bags in the apartment by closing them so that David can get them down.
