Meravela - Waterfront in Collioure

Dear guests, to ensure your comfort and safety, we have implemented enhanced hygiene measures in our accommodation before your arrival: cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, a minimum of 2 hours of ventilation throughout the entire house, etc.

Linens (sheets, towels, dish towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are subject to a mandatory fee of €220 per stay.

This amount, not included in the booking price, must be paid on-site to the local team upon arrival, when you receive the keys.

We have chosen to work directly with local staff, without intermediaries, to guarantee fair compensation for quality services (cleaning, linens, check-in and check-out).

This approach reflects our commitment to promoting responsible tourism rooted in the local community.

This house, bathed in natural light, offers splendid views of the Mediterranean from every room.

It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors.

- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160 cm). French doors with a magnificent view of the open sea and a window. En-suite bathroom and toilet.

- Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (160 cm). Window overlooking the rocks and the sea. En-suite bathroom and toilet.

# Ground floor: This is the main living area, comprising the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

A stay in paradise

The flat was lovely and had everything you needed for a wonderful holiday. I do wish they had chairs you could borrow to take the beach but that would be my only complaint.

This is a beautiful property with great views of the Mediterranean coastline.

Fully enjoyed our stay. Wish there were screens on the windows so they could be opened without concern for insects coming in. Amenitiies, comfort, and location is exceptional!

Fantastic Collioure

Fantastic location and amazing views. A great week (3 generations) enjoying the sunshine, food and ambiance in and around Collioure. The property was amazingly well equipped and Pascal made check in /out easy. Would totally recommend.

Beautiful!

This is one not to miss. The property was exceptionally clean and in immaculate condition. The views were outstanding and the outdoor space was perfect. The location is very good - only a relatively short walk to the town, 2 minutes to the beach and the area itself was very quiet. We would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Perfect

We have stayed in and around Collioure for the past 20 years and this is the best property that we have stayed in. It is in a perfect location with an amazing view. There is a beach just outside the door and a short walk to both Collioure and Port Vendres which is ideal. The house is very well equipped and the addition of air conditioning and a garage is amazing.

Très bon séjour face a la mer et à l’écart sans être trop loin

Bel appartement confortable pour 8 sans souci. Place de parking souterrain appréciable et à 15’ de collioure à pied qui se font très facilement. Emplacement à l’écart du centre sans les nuisances du centre ville ce que personnellement nous privilégions en famille

Bel emplacement

Maison très bien équipée avec une vue exceptionnelle. Pascal est très réactif si besoin. La maison est destinée à la location, il n’y a pas de jeux de société ou d’attention du propriétaires. Nous n’avons eu aucun contact avec ce dernier tout passe par Pascal qui gère le lieu et le gère très bien. Ça manque donc un peu de rapport humain à mon goût et il n’y a aucune attention de la part du propriétaire même pour une réservation de 2 semaines. Nous avons eu un pb de climatisation un soir au moment du coucher et comme nous ne savions pas qu il y avait des modes d emploi (ceux ci sont dans un placard sans poignée, donc un placard caché) nous n’avons pu le résoudre que le lendemain matin avec Pascal. Pour résumé, C est un lieu fonctionnel et avec une très belle vue mais qui reste cher à mon goût.

Je tiens en tant que propriétaire à apporter quelques précisions sur ce commentaire : - J'ai envoyé 3 messages en 6 mois sur l'application internet mais je n'ai jamais reçu aucun message du locataire ! - Il n'y a pas de placards cachés mais une ouverture push-pull des façades de cuisine ... - Il n'y a pas de problème de climatisation mais certaines télécommandes ont été passés en mode chauffage ... uniquement la dernière nuit ! Bizarre et cela ne peut pas justifier une réduction sur le prix comme vous l'avez demandé à Pascal.

Logement propre et renové avec vue imprenable sur la mer

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de retrouvailles en famille. Logement bien décoré et équipé sur 3 étages: 2 chambres au RDC partageant une jolie salle de bain avec vue sur mer, les 2 chambres de l'étage bénéficient d'un toilette et douche chacune. La pièce de vie à l'étage inférieur se compose de la cuisine équipée et du salon/séjour donnant sur le balcon et terrasse avec la vue sur la mer. Une place de parking souterrain est dédié au logement. Entre Collioure et Port Vendres, le LIDL (viennoiseries entre autres) est juste à côté. Le centre ville de Colioure est plutôt à 30minutes à pieds. Ne pas oublier sa canne à pêche pour les passionnés, c'est possible depuis le balcon :-) Préférence pour la plage des batteries accessible depuis la résidence. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions Pascal pour son accueil sympathique.

Super emplacement et belle vue de la mer

Nous venons de passer une semaine à la villa, et tout était super. Les vues de la maison et de la terrace sont époustouflantes. La villa est moderne et super confortable, avec les vues de la mer partout. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine très bien équipée et les trois suites avec chacune sa salle de bain. La villa se retrouve dans une résidence à 15 min de marche de Collioure, donc on peut faire les courses à pied sans être obligé de prendre la voiture. Collioure est très mignon avec plein de restos, cafés et magasins. Nous avons aussi apprécié les belles criques près de la maison et des voyages en Espagne. Nous reviendrons!
