Summit # 257 er placeret på øverste etage i Bradley-bygningen i Summit-komplekset. Det er smukt renoveret og har hvælvede lofter, et komplet køkken, fladskærms-tv, kabel, Wi-Fi og en brændeovn. Soveværelset har en queensize-seng, og stuen har en sovesofa i queensize-seng. Bygningen inkluderer en garage-parkeringsplads (7'0 ”klarering), to jacuzzier, udendørs pool (sommer), fitnessrum. Bradley-bygningen ligger lige ved Stop 51 i Mammoth Bus System. Du kan gå lige udenfor om morgenen til den grønne linje til byen. Totally solid lodging with walk-to lift access. It isn't 5-star luxury, but that's in the price.

The process of making the reservation was a breeze, check-out procedures were totally reasonable, and most importantly, someone always answered the phone when I called seeking help.

Cozy yet convenient little getaway

Amazing experience! Excellent communication with hosts/management. Well appointed living spaces and super convenient to everything Mammoth has to offer. We would love to come back soon!

Great Stay in snowy weather

We had a great time. The condo is close to the lift and to the bus stop. The parking garage is easy to access and the elevator to the condo is nice and convenient - kept us out of the snow and wind. The condo itself is cozy and had everything you need.

Crash Pad

Last minute affordable "crash" pad to bring teenagers. Great location and facility. Linens were not very clean, but otherwise comfortable spot for a few days in Mammoth.

Perfect location to explore eastern sierras

Excellent communication of location and checkin. The condo was perfect place to stay while we explored the eastern Sierras. The pullout bed was comfortable. Plenty of linens. Internet access was excellent. The only difficulty was finding the right building but once we found it there was no trouble locating the parking spot. Street parking was easy for second vehicle. The laundry was a bit difficult to locate but once we found it we had no issues. I would definitely rent from here again.

Was clean and quiet. Kitchen not quite so stocked as expected. Bathroom could be updated - good water Pressure but shower is for very short person and doors squeaked bad to close.

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide grocery items such as cooking oils, spices, salt & pepper, plastic wrap or aluminum foil, however if the property owner or prior guests choose to leave these items we do not remove them. Grocery items are very expensive and operationally impossible to manage. Many guests would simply take the entire inventory on departure. We need to be able to provide single use, sanitary products to guests, in exact quantities for each arriving guests; and the costs have to be included in the flat cleaning fee (and agreeable to everyone). If you have any questions about the property you are considering, and if you have specific needs or expectations, we have local staff in Mammoth available 7 days per week to talk to you or answer any questions. We know every property on our program and are happy to help to make sure you are booking the best property for your needs and budget. Please call us at 866 Mammoth from 9am to 6pm, 7 days per week. Great time starting New Year on the slopes.

Property very good. Location is about 1/4 mile from Eagle lift so no quite ski in/out. The Summit Condos are dated but still fine! I would recommend that owner invest in new audiovisual, new toaster, and new coffee machine. Wireless router was not working on arrival, and management provided a hotspot which was still marginal, so I was unable to do any online work, which was a little bit of a problem. Everything else great.

The place was clean but very run down. The elevator was dangerously not working and the floor of the elevator was 2 feet down when it came up. Can’t imagine if we were stuck in the elevator. We then had to move our stuff up and down the stairs from the 3rd floor when leaving which made it super inconvenient. The stairwell was not well lit and my daughter fell down the stairs and sprained her ankle. Someone should regularly be checking the maintenance of the elevator and stairwell. The jacuzzi was also not running. I also felt like it needed to be updated as the property was rundown. This is not steps to Eagle but more like 1/2 mile away from Eagle.

We were moved to a different unit after first night due to hot water issue but enjoyed the second

The hot water was not working upon arrival. We reported the issue, but due to the evening time we did not get a resolution immediately. Management messaged the next morning & determined there was an issue with the building water heater. We opted to relocate to another unit. We appreciated the management communication, responsiveness & resolution. The eagle lodge lift had closed so neither unit was a ski in/out which had been a criteria for selecting the listing. Pay close attention to the eagle lodge open/closure dates would be my recommendation. This first unit was in a good location. Cute & quaint. A bunch of sitting space in the living area which resulted in a cramped feeling. The 6 chairs at the dining room table made it so we could not open the refrigerator without adjustments. For a unit that only sleeps up 4 people, I don’t think all the seating is necessary. The second unit was more spacious & we enjoyed the remainder of our stay at this location. It was in Snowcreek. Very walkable/close to trails & perfect for dogs. The hot tub and amenities were excellent & well utilized. The bed very comfortable & blankets soft. Very close to town & the grocery store. We greatly enjoyed the lovely weather, views & spring ski/board conditions. Both units had some of the least stocked kitchens in my rental experience, but the second had many spice options which was really nice for our week stay. All the knives need very serious sharpening.

We had a wonderful stay. We particularly appreciated that it was dog-friendly.However, I would like to mention that the building itself is quite old and has an old, musty smell. Apart from that, the posting was accurate. All the rules were clearly posted on the door as a reminder, which I found helpful. The location is great. Things were close by.

Great, pet-friendly location

Parking was easy and only a short distance to walking paths for the pup. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a short, end-of-season fishing trip. We will definitely be returning next year.

this was a very bright and clean space! the kitchen is well stocked and the building is in a quiet area yet convenient to everything. it does get stuffy and warm the condo in the afternoon in midsummer, so be prepared to use fans. otherwise a delightful stay

Nice place as promised with responsive service from the management company

The condo as described. Clean and comfortable. I thought the bed was really comfortable (and I'm picky!). It's not a big place, but it did the job for 2 people. And it's an easy walk to the chair lift. And I know it's small, but I appreciated having coffee filters there that match the machine! I've stayed at places that have a coffee machine but not filters so have to go buy a whole box just to have 3 for the weekend. A downside was that cable was spotty and internet was out for half of our stay, but I realize that the management company didn't have any control of that and Will (who always answered the phone) was very helpful in getting information and timing and answering other questions.

We liked its location. The property was just as described. It was clean and the appliances were in working condition. We would recommend that the owner replace the sofa bed- broken springs make for a saggy and uncomfortable bed. Our son had to make do with sleeping on it just as a sofa instead.

Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and brings an extensive background in hospitality management, sales, and marketing. Her expertise has also led her to serve as a consultant for other resort management companies, helping elevate hospitality standards throughout the industry.

In 2026, the Oepkes family joined Megan as partners in Mammoth Five Star Lodging, bringing years of hospitality experience serving guests throughout the Eastern Sierra. Together, they share a common vision: offering premier short-term vacation rentals complemented by personalized, attentive service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Originally from Carlsbad, California, the Oepkes family has been vacationing in Mammoth Lakes for more than 50 years, spanning three generations. In addition to their extensive hospitality experience in the Eastern Sierra, the family has successfully managed hospitality operations in both Hawaii and Texas. In Hawaii, they provided full-service short-term vacation rental management for a portfolio of 25 properties, overseeing every aspect of the guest and homeowner experience. In Texas, the family owns and operates a 182-room full-service Holiday Inn, bringing extensive experience in hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality management. Their deep connection to Mammoth has grown from decades of family traditions into a passion for helping others experience everything the Eastern Sierra has to offer. Dedicated to delivering the highest level of service, the Oepkes family strives to provide every guest with an unforgettable lodging experience, treating each stay with the same care and attention they would want for their own family.
