Summit #257 - Top floor Summit 1 Bedrm 1 Bathrm Condo. Just steps too Little Eagle Lodge. Sleeps 4

This tastefully decorated, top-floor, Summit 1-bedroom/1-bath condo is just a block from Mammoth Mountain's chairlift #15, and all that Little Eagle Lodge has to offer (ski lifts, lift tickets, gear rental, restaurant, bar, and coffee counter)! Sleeps 4!

This beautifully remodeled and refurnished mountain home has newer wood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, lots of bright windows, a spacious kitchen with gorgeous custom cabinetry, newer appliances, and a convenient dining table. The open floor plan creates an inviting space. The adjacent living room offers an authentic wood-burning stove (wood provided), flat-screen TV/cable TV, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. The bedroom offers a King-sized bed and flat-screen TV.

You will have full access to all Summit amenities, including the elevator, coin laundry, sauna, two Jacuzzis, fitness room, and seasonal use of the outdoor pool (summer only) , BBQs, and tennis courts. Private, complimentary WiFi is included, some guest parking is available on a first-come/first-served basis, and pets are welcome (for a fee).

The Bradley building is located right at Stop #51 of the free Mammoth Shuttle System. At the end of a long day on the slopes, hit the jacuzzi, then leave your car in the garage and walk right outside for the night trolley to town or The Village for après-ski fun.

Two parking spaces come with the unit. The first parking space is designated (space # 257), located in the “Bradley” building parking lot. The second space is considered non-designated “guest parking” and is available on a first come first serve basis. The guest parking spaces can be found within around the complex/ parking garage marked with a letter.

Totally solid lodging with walk-to lift access. It isn't 5-star luxury, but that's in the price.

The process of making the reservation was a breeze, check-out procedures were totally reasonable, and most importantly, someone always answered the phone when I called seeking help.

Great Stay in snowy weather

We had a great time. The condo is close to the lift and to the bus stop. The parking garage is easy to access and the elevator to the condo is nice and convenient - kept us out of the snow and wind. The condo itself is cozy and had everything you need.

Crash Pad

Last minute affordable "crash" pad to bring teenagers. Great location and facility. Linens were not very clean, but otherwise comfortable spot for a few days in Mammoth.

Perfect location to explore eastern sierras

Excellent communication of location and checkin. The condo was perfect place to stay while we explored the eastern Sierras. The pullout bed was comfortable. Plenty of linens. Internet access was excellent. The only difficulty was finding the right building but once we found it there was no trouble locating the parking spot. Street parking was easy for second vehicle. The laundry was a bit difficult to locate but once we found it we had no issues. I would definitely rent from here again.

Great time starting New Year on the slopes.

Property very good. Location is about 1/4 mile from Eagle lift so no quite ski in/out. The Summit Condos are dated but still fine! I would recommend that owner invest in new audiovisual, new toaster, and new coffee machine. Wireless router was not working on arrival, and management provided a hotspot which was still marginal, so I was unable to do any online work, which was a little bit of a problem. Everything else great.

The place was clean but very run down. The elevator was dangerously not working and the floor of the elevator was 2 feet down when it came up. Can’t imagine if we were stuck in the elevator. We then had to move our stuff up and down the stairs from the 3rd floor when leaving which made it super inconvenient. The stairwell was not well lit and my daughter fell down the stairs and sprained her ankle. Someone should regularly be checking the maintenance of the elevator and stairwell. The jacuzzi was also not running. I also felt like it needed to be updated as the property was rundown. This is not steps to Eagle but more like 1/2 mile away from Eagle.

We were moved to a different unit after first night due to hot water issue but enjoyed the second

The hot water was not working upon arrival. We reported the issue, but due to the evening time we did not get a resolution immediately. Management messaged the next morning & determined there was an issue with the building water heater. We opted to relocate to another unit. We appreciated the management communication, responsiveness & resolution. The eagle lodge lift had closed so neither unit was a ski in/out which had been a criteria for selecting the listing. Pay close attention to the eagle lodge open/closure dates would be my recommendation. This first unit was in a good location. Cute & quaint. A bunch of sitting space in the living area which resulted in a cramped feeling. The 6 chairs at the dining room table made it so we could not open the refrigerator without adjustments. For a unit that only sleeps up 4 people, I don’t think all the seating is necessary. The second unit was more spacious & we enjoyed the remainder of our stay at this location. It was in Snowcreek. Very walkable/close to trails & perfect for dogs. The hot tub and amenities were excellent & well utilized. The bed very comfortable & blankets soft. Very close to town & the grocery store. We greatly enjoyed the lovely weather, views & spring ski/board conditions. Both units had some of the least stocked kitchens in my rental experience, but the second had many spice options which was really nice for our week stay. All the knives need very serious sharpening.

Great, pet-friendly location

Parking was easy and only a short distance to walking paths for the pup. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a short, end-of-season fishing trip. We will definitely be returning next year.

this was a very bright and clean space! the kitchen is well stocked and the building is in a quiet area yet convenient to everything. it does get stuffy and warm the condo in the afternoon in midsummer, so be prepared to use fans. otherwise a delightful stay

Nice place as promised with responsive service from the management company

The condo as described. Clean and comfortable. I thought the bed was really comfortable (and I'm picky!). It's not a big place, but it did the job for 2 people. And it's an easy walk to the chair lift. And I know it's small, but I appreciated having coffee filters there that match the machine! I've stayed at places that have a coffee machine but not filters so have to go buy a whole box just to have 3 for the weekend. A downside was that cable was spotty and internet was out for half of our stay, but I realize that the management company didn't have any control of that and Will (who always answered the phone) was very helpful in getting information and timing and answering other questions.

We liked its location. The property was just as described. It was clean and the appliances were in working condition. We would recommend that the owner replace the sofa bed- broken springs make for a saggy and uncomfortable bed. Our son had to make do with sleeping on it just as a sofa instead.

Great stay

It was a great stay overall, probably better for 2 people. The hideaway bed, like most was very old and uncomfortable. Our 2 teen boys ended up trying to make the couches work instead. Everything works great and supplies were sufficient. Spotty WiFi, which was a concern since my husband has to work during our stay. It’s a short walk to the lifts as location was great! Thank you for a great stay!
