It consists of Ground Floor and two Floors with two large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers ... "Es Través" is a very quiet residential area with a wonderful combination of sea and mountains ....

It is a perfect place to celebrate holidays with family, group of friends, couples ... Relax on the comfortable terrace with BBQ and a good al fresco dinner watching the sunset on the horizon over the sea ... In First Line of the Sea you will find good Restaurants where you can taste fresh fish and good meats.

Only 3 min. Walking to the beach, you can also enjoy with its wooden tram that will take you to the town of Sóller.

Sóller is considered one of the most beautiful and romantic villages on the island, with its stone houses, orange trees ... You will also find good Restaurants and Cafes, the shopping street and your local market with fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruit (especially on Saturday). Fornalutx is another charming town, and it has been considered the most beautiful in Spain.

Great place! Very spacious, clean, with all rooms well equipped… bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room.A very short 5 minute walk down to the harbor promenade with beaches, restaurants and stores. Villa owner communication was excellent.I highly recommend this villa!

Wonderful stay at La Oliva, huge house which had loads of room for our family of 8. Really well equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment, laundry facilities, bbq etc. There were also great kids toys for the beach. Bit of a steep walk from the town/beach but only took about 10 minutes and the reward was the view…..unbelievable. Really comfortable house, clean and welcoming, really from and helpful host, would definitely return!

Fantastic views in a great location

The house is a beautiful half mile walk from the beach, coffee shops and bodegas. The pictures don’t do justice to the panoramic views from wrap around patio, bedrooms and living room. All-in-ll the stay exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic

a fantastic house with an extraordinary view. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. It is close to the promenade but at the same time a very peaceful area. Mari was very nice and helpful, you couldn't wish for a better hostess. I will definitely return!

A very good house for a big family or a few couple of friends. Wake up to the sound of see and a beutiful view over the bay. 1 more bathroom and it’s 10 of 10 instead of 9,5.

If you love sitting outside watching sunrise and sunset - then this is the property for you. Exceptional in every sense - home from home. We had an amazing stay here and it started with a wonderful welcome from Mari. Clear communication from the moment we booked this property. Perfect location if you want to explore Port Soller and since we come to Mallorca every year we know quality accommodation. Highly recommended. Definitely a holiday to remember. The hosts deserve to do well as they have thought of all things needed for self catering. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful house, great location & wonderful view!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful house in July 2016 for one week. The owner Mari was extremely helpful from the start - she assisted me with airport transport and general information about boat hire in Port de Soller. She was in regular contact via Whatsapp ahead of us arriving, so I felt reassured that we were in good hands. The house itself was wonderful - very spacious and clean. The views from the terrace were fantastic - we just loved sitting there chatting over breakfast and having a bbq in the evenings and the sun was going down. The location is close to the waterfront - shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. You can be on the beach in 5 mins. Port de Soller as a resort is upmarket and classy with a 'sporty' feel - cycling, hiking and diving excursions can all be organised easily. I am sure we will be back next year!

Beautiful views of Port Soller

Our family of 4 adults stayed here for a week in early April. The house is in an elevated position in the centre of the bay providing spectacular views of the entire bay from a lovely tiled terrace. There is table seating for 8 and 2 chaises longues on the terrace. It’s less than a 10 minute walk downhill (though a fairly easy walk back up) to the many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes along the waterfront. It’s a large and spacious house on three floors with traditional decor. The house is very clean and the outdoor areas are very tidy. The small kitchen has just been fully redone and is well equipped with all new equipment, utensils, cutlery, glassware, etc. Being there the first week of April, the temperatures were cool overnight. The bedrooms and living/dining area have good heating units though the classic tile floors can get cold — so bring slippers! Mari who greeted us was very pleasant and efficient.

Lovely property

We stayed in property for a week whilst attending a family wedding in Deia. ( 7 adults and 4 kids) It was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed ! . It is very convenient to the Port. Beautiful views and a great outdoor area Mari (owner ) was really helpful. No hesitation in recommending same.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, Bäder neu, sehr gute Internetverbindung, Betten mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Und natürlich der unvergesslicher Blick über den Hafen von Port de Soller !!! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Immer hilfsbereit, sehr zuvorkommend und völlig unaufdringlich. Danke !
