Large house of the 80s on ground of 3000 m2 located at 5 minutes of Fontenay le Comte, in a country setting. The living space (living / dining room) is large, bright and open to the outside. The view is clear on nature (see photo). Four bedrooms, one with terrace and bathroom, for a total of 7 beds. The indoor pool is heated to 27 ° and secured. The house is located in a quiet road and a little away from the village: tranquility guaranteed. Ground entirely closed, electric portal with remote control.
