Maison Rochebrune is located in some of the most beautiful countryside in France, with a 360 degree panoramic view of the surrounding valleys offering total peace and tranquility. You can access endless hikes from the door of the house and the region is renowned for its hiking, cycling and rock climbing.
The layout of the house with its independent cottage and terraces allows independence for everyone.
Ideally located between Sainte-Jalle (5 min) and Buis les Baronnies (15min), you will find all the necessary amenities and markets!
The village of Buis les Baronnies with its avenues of plane trees, its river, shops and restaurants and its lively market on Saturdays and Wednesdays will undoubtedly seduce you.
A true tradition of organic and natural culture prevails in this region, renowned for its lavender, its essential oils, black olives and many other local products.

Family vacation on a cloud

Beautiful setting, lovely home, peaceful authetic village... all contributing to an amazing week where each one could have a choice of joining family games, sunbathing around the pool, hiking in the area or just curling up to read in a comfortable room. We all loved it! (8 people age 22 to 57 years old :)

La maison est magnifique et idéalement située, parfaitement équipée, dans un environnement de rêve. Petit bémol concernant le ménage, qui ne nous a pas convenu, mais probablement que sur ce sujet les critères de chacun sont subjectifs, en tout cas c'est ce que nous avons constaté.

Séjour automnal dans un gîte superbe

Nous sommes un groupe de plusieurs familles, amies de longue date partant régulièrement ensemble en vacances avec nos grands jeunes. De tous les gîtes que nous avons connus, la maison de Rochebrune est sans conteste la plus spacieuse et confortable. Elle dispose en particulier d'un immense séjour / salle à manger qui permet à chacun d'avoir beaucoup de place. Les chambres sont magnifiques, et la petite maison adjacente est tres "cosi" pour un couple. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ainsi que les procédures d'arrivée départ sont tres fluides ce qui est très agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis ( 8 adultes , 6 enfants ) dans la maison de Dorrie et Jérôme. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée. Les espaces intérieurs sont très fonctionnels ( grande pièce de donnant sur la terrasse-repas / cuisine très bien équipée, nombreuses salles de bains, jeux/ livres pour les enfants, salle de jeux, dortoir top pour 6 enfants ..) Le jardin est immense, la vue magnifique, les espaces extérieurs également très bien aménagés ( hamac, coin salon, coin repas charmant, trampoline , boulodrome .. ). On a aussi pu faire de très belles randos au départ de la maison. Bref, la maison de Dorrie et Jérôme est à la fois reposante et conviviale donc idéale pour des vacances entre amis !

Het huis is fantastisch. Het voelt als 'thuis'. Je hoeft maar een lade open te trekken als je iets nodig hebt...of meerdere...net als thuis ;) Ons gezin, de jongste 2 jaar en de oudste 60, heeft een hele leuke feestweek gehad. We hebben 3 verjaardagen gevierd. The house is fantastic. It feels like 'home'. You only have to open a drawer when you need something...or several... just like home ;) Our family, the youngest 2 years old and the oldest 60, had a very nice festive week. We celebrated 3 birthdays. Nice mail contact with the owners.

We had a lovely time in this house in Rochebrune. It was perfect for our group, we had 8 children with us. There were toys ans games available, swimming pool, trampoline,... Superb location, a nice vieuw around the house. And extra activities in the neighborhood if you don't mind a 30min drive. We had a super holiday

Der perfekte Urlaub mit Vielen! Why they chose this property

We bought this house this year as a place to get away for the city and regroup. The house is just beautiful and filled with warmth and is the perfect place for a family gathering and holiday and I have no doubt anyone who comes here will love it. The layout is perfect with many different terraces and places to relax and none of the bedrooms are too close to each other so everyone has some privacy. The dormitory is so much fun for kids and the surrounding countryside and villages are wonderful

What makes this property unique

Open countryside for waking, picnics and hiking.
Wonderful villages and markets not far away.
Lots of outdoor activities such as rock climbing, via Ferrara, swimming in rivers, horseriding, paragliding, cave exploring.
Log fires and a wonderful layout that gives space to everyone
