Pretty house located in a village of 400 people at 1h20 from Paris. This 19th century farmhouse was completely renovated in 2013. A spacious garden and a terrace of 45m2 decorate this charming house.

TrĂšs belle maison et magnifique jardin. Ambiance trĂšs chaleureuse

Excellent. Il manque juste une salle de bain (au moins) et certains lits devraient ĂȘtre changĂ©s (matelas moyennement propres et pas de protĂšge matelas). Mais maison trĂšs accueillante.

Belle maison mais propriétaire de mauvaise foi

Nous avons louĂ© cette maison du 18 au 20 juin pour un sĂ©jour d’environ 15 personnes. L’annonce prĂ©cisait bien que le linge de maison et les serviettes Ă©taient inclus et que les animaux de compagnie Ă©taient acceptĂ©s. Or juste avant notre arrivĂ©e l’hĂŽte nous a contactĂ© pour nous dire que le linge serait facturĂ© XX€ (en liquide et aucune serviette). Nous avons bien entendu refusĂ© et emmenĂ© nos propres affaires mais lorsque nous l’avons prĂ©cisĂ© a l’hĂŽte celle-ci nous a rĂ©pondu qu’il Ă©tĂ© trop tard et qu’elle passerait dans le week-end pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer l’argent en liquide (que nous avons finalement acceptĂ© en signe de conciliation). A noter d’ailleurs qu’elle n’a pas Ă©tĂ© disponible ni pour l’état des lieux d’entrĂ©e ni pour celui de sortie mais pour venir chercher l’argent dans le week-end il n’y a pas eu de problĂšme. La suite n’a Ă©tĂ© que pire dĂ©ception puisqu’une fois le sĂ©jour terminĂ©, l’hĂŽte nous a recontactĂ© 4 jours plus tard pour nous dire que nous avions abĂźmĂ© des choses dans la maison Ă  savoir : un velux, un encadrement de porte, la grille du barbecue et que nous avions Ă©galement volĂ© un tapis de bain. Il nous a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© reprochĂ© d’avoir emmenĂ© deux chiens et nous a rĂ©clamĂ© un supplĂ©ment Ă  ce sujet. A ce jour, l’hĂŽte nous rĂ©clame une importante somme d'argent sans justification et sans preuve que les locataires d’aprĂšs n’aient pas eux mĂȘme fait les dĂ©gĂąts qui nous sont reprochĂ©s. Conclusion une maison super mais une hĂŽte trĂšs malhonnĂȘte et de mauvaise foi qui nous a laisser un goĂ»t amer.
