Located in a quiet street, 1930s house with modern extension, veranda, fitted kitchen. On the ground floor bedroom with 4 beds for 1 person, bathroom with 2 Italian showers and separate toilets, a bedroom with bay window opening onto the garden with a sofa bed, very large bright living room with veranda. Upstairs 7 bedrooms, 2 with each a bunk bed, a cot is available, All rooms are decorated with a different theme, ideal home for family reunion, reception, seminars, birthdays ...

The house is perfect for a large family and is in a nice location near the beach. It’s probably best suited for families driving to the location with the ability to bring your own bedding, towels, and other bath and kitchen necessities you will need during your stay.

Grande DĂ©ception

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus par la maison qui est vraiment "dans sons jus".Manque grandement de confort : literie, serviettes de bain, canapĂ©s, bancs et seulement quelques chaisesPas du tout adaptĂ© pour 20 personnes ! Annonce incorrecte sur quelques points :- Il n'y a pas 9 chambres mais 8 et un canapĂ© inconfortable dans une piĂšce entre la cuisine et le salon, avec un chauffe eau qui rĂ©veille Ă  6h et passage obligĂ© entre cuisine et salon.- Il n'y a pas de parking disponible contrairement Ă  ce qui est annoncĂ©- Le grille pain Ă©tait absent- il n'y a pas de salle de bain mais seulement 2 salles de douche et 1 douche placard.- La salle Ă  manger n'est pas sĂ©parĂ©e mais dans le mĂȘme espace que le salonOn ressent que les propriĂ©taires font seulement du business et ils se plaignent du travail que cela reprĂ©sente de gĂ©rer plusieurs gites, les serviettes Ă  amener au pressing...Aucune chaleur dans cette maison, seulement le minimum Ă  bas prix. Dommage la bĂątisse est belle, elle mĂ©rite mieux.Une semaine Ă  5000 euro 209 euro pour draps et serviettes trĂšs bas de gamme : TrĂšs mauvais rapport qualitĂ© prix.Nous avons louĂ© beaucoup de maisons en famille sur diffĂ©rents sites et c'est la premiĂšre fois que nous nous sentons flouĂ©s.

Une grande piĂšce pouvant offrir une table pour 16 couverts. 5 chambres doubles, 2 chambres Ă  deux lits superposĂ©s , 1 chambre Ă  4 lits simples + 1 grand lit (futon) dans une petite piĂšce . Super séjour !

Grande maison spacieuse pour groupe et trĂšs propre. Accueil sympathique par le propriĂ©taire. Places de stationnement dans la rue devant la maison. Maison situĂ©e proche du port, des stands de criĂ©es et des restaurants. A proximitĂ© de la rue commerçante et d’une boulangerie. Je n’ai jamais vu une location avec une cuisine aussi bien Ă©quipĂ©e : poĂȘles, casseroles, marmites, plats pour le four, plats de prĂ©sentations, batteur Ă©lectrique, moules Ă  gĂąteaux, 
 rien ne manque pour prĂ©parer tout type de repas pour 20 personnes. Les voisins sont sensibles au bruit mais le double vitrage nous a permis d’éviter les problĂšmes (sĂ©jour fin octobre). Chauffage et prĂ©sence et plusieurs couvertures au top. Nous avons passĂ© un super moment. Seul point « nĂ©gatif » : La 9ieme « chambre » est une piĂšce de passage entre le salon d’un cĂŽtĂ© et la cuisine et les commoditĂ©s de l’autre
 mĂȘme si elle est Ă©quipĂ©e d’un clic clac, elle n’est pas trĂšs pratique pour y faire dormir quelqu’un si vous y allez pour faire la fĂȘte. Nous Ă©tions 19 et au courant, nous sommes adaptĂ©s avec des matelas au sol et des lits collĂ©s dans le dortoir pour les enfants.
