Ideally located in the charming village of Sauzon, our house of 180m2 completely renovated offers beautiful spaces with:
on the ground floor a kitchen / lounge / dining room of 50m2, a bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, and a separate toilet
upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms, one with sea view, a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath 2 sinks and separate toilet
downstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath 2 sinks and separate toilet. Furniture and bedding are new.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new equipment: American fridge, large hob, oven, host and comfortable worktop.
The house is connected to Wifi, and has a TV.
Our house has a pleasant garden where you can enjoy the sun and the view thanks to its 2 terraces. The garden furniture consists of a large table and chairs for 10 people as well as a table for 4 people, 1 large umbrella and a barbecue Weber coal.
A 2 minute walk from the heart of the village and its port, you enjoy the charms and shops of Sauzon, but also the first beaches that are 15 minutes walk and the Pointe des Poulains - 10 minutes by bike.

Excellent séjour chez Maj-britt. Très disponible et réactivité aux demandes et questions. Très belle maison rénovée avec goût et très spacieuse. Belles terrasses, cadre très fleuri et emplacement idéal !Dommage que la TV n'ait pas les chaînes TNT (on voulait voir la finale du PSG !). Nous recommandons cette maison.

Belle maison ! Dommage qu'il y ait quelques défauts !

Attention, le descriptif annonce 5 chambres or la baie vitrée de la chambre du RDC est cassée depuis plus d'un an parait il ! Impossible de l'aérer : une vraie étuve ! Et en été, ce sera pire. De plus, cette chambre et en communication directe avec la cuisine et le séjour : impossible de ne pas profiter des bruits ambiants. Ensuite, on se serait bien passé des toiles d'araignées ! Et pour finir, un peu plus d'infos (wifi, procédure de départ, etc.) auraient été les bienvenus !

Tolles Ferienhaus auf einer wunderschönen Insel!

Das Haus bietet auch 10 Personen genügend Platz. Es ist im Wohnbereich offen gestaltet und bietet mit seinen zwei Terrassen genügend Ausweich- und Wechselmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sowohl Belle-Île als auch Sauzon haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle maison idéalement placée, au calme, à quelques pas du port.

Je recommande cette location sans réserve. L'emplacement est idéal pour un séjour à Sauzon. Le port et le sentier côtier sont à deux pas. Grand salon lumineux avec de larges baies vitrées, belles chambres. Equipement complet. Communication simple et fluide avec la propriétaire.
