About this property

Holiday feet in the water, private pontoon

We transformed the former hotel restaurant "Pavillon Landais" into a second home for large family gatherings and the establishment of a second architecture agency.
This former hotel designed by the architect Godbarge is one of the jewels of Soutonnaise architecture of the 30s, we wanted to keep the original elements, while adapting the building to an exceptional resort. Its position on the water is unique and each room offers a view of the water.
The building consists of 3 separate apartments, ranging from 100m2 to 330m2 all with a private terrace.
The proposed apartment for this summer is 145 m2 with two private terraces and pontoon. ideal for holidays with children, teenagers and friends. The lake is a source of inexhaustible activities, paddle, oars, fishing, walks, explorations .. or just take a coffee on the terrace.
The property features a tennis court and a shared swimming pool.
The beaches of Landes are 10 km and the city of Hossegor also.
A place to spend a great family vacation !!!!

Relaxing Aufenthalt am See

Gut unterhaltene und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Das spezielle ist sicher das Deck direkt am See. Sehr ruhig und wenig Leute (speziell am Morgen und Abend) - auch im Kontast zu den vielen Leuten am Strand, in den Dörfern während der Hochsaison.

Erholung pur

Trotz Ferien in Frankreich, war es absolut ruhig, idyllisch und der Sonnenuntergang auf der eigenen Terrasse am See unglaublich schön. Unsere Jungs (11,13,15) waren vom Sportangebot begeistert ( Tennis, Tischtennis, Stand up,Schwimmen, Skaten,Basketball, Minigolf). Der Vermieter und die Concierge waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett.Unser Sohn durfte mit dem Vermieter sogar zum Surfen gehen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 min Fahrt mit dem Auto. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wir können einen Aufenthalt, vorallem für Ruhesuchende, sehr empfehlen.

We actually want to keep this place a secret ; ) as it’s truly a gem. Amazing sunsets, beautiful nature, the best beaches nearby and so many things to do in the area. The house is very comfortable and designed with an eye for style and practicality. Enough space to store things and keep the house neat. Good bed & bathrooms and perfect communication. Selten so ein hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen- von Spülmaschinentabs über Pizzaschneider über Stand- Up- Boards - alles da! Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung durch eine Agentur vor Ort, die jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar war. Die Lage direkt am See einfach traumhaft!

Une super semaine

Nous avons passez une superbe semaine. Le lieu est magique, et tellement reposant. La maison est super bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants de 5,8,8 et 12 ans nous avions de l’espace pour que tout le monde vive à son rythme et garde son intimité. On garde l’adresse et on reviendra! Super hébergement face au soleil couchant !

Très bel résidence décoré avec goût. Nous étions dans l'appartement de 3 chambres avec le ponton sur le lac de Soustons. Très bon séjour, très agréables entre amis. Les lits superposés peuvent convenir à des adultes, encore faut-il ne pas être trop grand (jusqu'à 1.90m). Sinon chambres, séjour et extérieur très bien équipés ! Propriétaire et conciergerie très réactif et aux petits soins. On a apprécié le calme du lac et du voisinage.

UNE TRÈS BELLE LOCATION LES PIEDS DANS L EAU

Très belle location directement sur le lac de soustons avec un ponton personnel permettant de faire du Paddle et de pêcher en toute sérénité. Calme absolu. Superbe bâtisse refaite avec goût et avec de très beaux matériaux. Et un propriétaire disponible et très avenant auprès de ses locataires. Très bon séjour.
