18th century farmhouse with its "La Vigne" gîte which can accommodate 10 people, completely renovated respecting the charm of the old (tomettes, stone wall ...).
The Mas is part of a wooded property of 4000m2 composed of two levels. The first garden adjoining the Mas and the second below welcoming the swimming pool and its pool house, the relaxation area and the pétanque field.
A beautiful place conducive to relaxation, sunbathing and the songs of the cicadas.
The set offers a breathtaking view of the hills of the Cèze Valley, the garrigue and the surrounding nature.



The Gîte "La vigne" (130m2) has its private staircase giving access to the terrace and its passageway for your outdoor meals (gas barbecue at your disposal)
"La Vigne" consists of a large living room (fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, TV), a toilet, at the same level a large master bedroom with bathroom (Italian shower) with a bed king-size +1 single bed.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with a shared shower room / wc each with 2 associable beds of 90x200 and a master bedroom with king-size bed +1 single bed with shower room (Italian shower) / wc.

There is a second Gîte in the wing of the property.

In the extension of the buildings, is our private accommodation. We will respect your privacy but obviously will be at your disposal if necessary.
