About this property

Located on the heights of the sandy beach of Perros Guirec "Trestraou", water activities and shops within walking distance (less than 1 Km), in a quiet and residential area,
we offer a holiday house completely renovated in 2015 of about 100 sqm furnished in a spirit "LOFT", bright and pleasant to live including:
a large living room (LED TV - Baby foot) opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace facing south / west
a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, range hood, combined microwave)
two bedrooms (two beds of 140 and a sofa bed) with private bathrooms (large shower and vanity unit)

laundry with Mal
SPA 5 pers with access bathroom in the summer cellar
A garden of about 200 m² closed by a gate, location car
Two terraces facing South and South West with garden furniture (tables and 6 chairs, two loungers, a rattan bench with coffee table)

Our first vacation at the Cote Granit Rose

We spent amazing 2 weeks at this house and enjoyed the silence and the beautiful weather.

Maison au calme

Maison bien située, jardin agréable, dans une rue très calme proche de la plage (mais attention la pente est très raide et peut être pénible avec une poussette ou de jeunes enfants). Le séjour est très spacieux avec de nombreux rangements. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le baby-foot. En revanche nous avons trouvé les fauteuils/canapé peu confortables et en nombre insuffisant (nous étions 5). La literie de l’une des chambre est excellente mais l’autre très mauvaise. Le "canapé-lit" n’en en est pas vraiment un (pas de sommier), il peut convenir quelques jours à un tres jeune enfant mais mon ado a très mal dormi. La maison est globalement agréable (même si elle se transforme en fournaise dès que le soleil se montre) mais il manque quand même pas mal de petites choses et elle n’est pas adaptée pour 5 personnes.

Séjour réussi

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine avec nos deux enfants de 2 ans et 2 mois. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la maison parfaite avec des enfants en bas âge (jardin plat et clôture et maison de plein pied). Séverine nous a gentillement mis à disposition un kit bébé. Nous avons également profité du spa pour nous détendre. La localisation était parfaite avec la plage à quelques minutes à pied ou en voiture. La maison est également situé à quelques minutes à pied du sentier des douaniers. Endroit idéal pour faire de la randonnée ou une séance de running tout en profitant du paysage.
