The house consists of: A large living-dining room, 5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor (master suite), 3 shower rooms, one with bath, 3 separate WCs, a games room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry , a laundry room, two terraces facing south, an enclosed garden with trees, a hot outdoor shower, table and garden furniture.
A garage for storing boat or other equipment.
Possibility to park cars in the garden.
Very calm environment.
Many walks and beaches nearby.
Small shops at 800m and market town of Fouesnant at 3 km.
