It includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 1 bunk bed for 2 children (sleeping area). In the living room, comfortable sofa. The apartment is spacious, well laid out, equipped and comfortable.
NO ROOM FOR ELECTRIC BIKES and for cars at 600m
The chalet apartment has been completely renovated in an old seigniorial house typical of Savoy while preserving the beauty of the local heritage, in particular the French ceilings.

It is very well insulated (from an acoustic and thermal point of view) and is heated by the ground (by geothermal energy).

This charming cottage is very spacious for 4/5 people, very comfortable and very warm.

With an area of about 50 m2, it is located on the 1st floor of "La Maison d'Augustin" in ST JEAN D'ARVES and not in ST SORLIN D'ARVES as INDICATED ON GOOGLE MAPS and can accommodate up to 4/5 people.

It consists of a living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, free WIFI, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed the other with 2 bunk beds (free travel cot on request), a high chair, a deckchair, a baby playpen, (change of mattress pads and pillowcases for each new tenant), a very well equipped independent kitchen (with oven, microwave, classic coffee maker and Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, 4 electric hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, fondue and raclette sets, salt, pepper), a bathroom (with shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, hair dryer).

Optionally, we offer:
- end-of-stay cleaning: 50€
- Bed linen rental: 15€/bed, (duvet cover + sheet + pillowcases)

Outside: you will benefit from a barbecue in summer, a garden/enclosed courtyard, garden furniture, children's games, etc.

The apartment we offer offers an unobstructed and panoramic view of the Alpine mountains and in particular the magnificent Étendard glacier and Mont Charvin.
You will certainly also enjoy the many mythical passes of the Tour de France.

Convenient in winter, the last stop of the free shuttle is right in front of our Maison d'Augustin. The slopes are therefore accessible free of charge in less than 2 minutes.
In summer, the free little train will take you to visit the many hamlets of St Jean and St Sorlin and go to the lake that has been set up and guarded for swimming
Important information:
-We do not accept our animal friends (especially for the risk of allergies).
-The apartments are non-smoking (An ashtray is available for smokers outside the Maison d'Augustin).
- Holiday vouchers are accepted by the Maison d'Augustin.
-Weekly rental starts from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday morning before 10 a.m.
-no charging for electric cars terminal at 600m and no room for electric bikes

Saint Jean d'Arves is a charming village that combines tradition, with a multitude of small authentic hamlets (about thirty), with the current trend, since the resort is linked to the largest ski area in the Maurienne, "Les Sybelles" (more than 310 km of slopes).
The landscape of Saint Jean d'Arves will surprise you. The famous Aiguilles d'Arves are a good example (3514m).
