Villa La Jolla is two-level mahogany and sandstone villa is located directly on the Caribbean Sea. The custom home has two ground level master suites with private bathrooms, including hand painted double sinks and both bedrooms open out to a covered porch overlooking the beach, palm trees and the Caribbean Sea. There is a 3rd large bedroom upstairs with a full bath just steps away. The large living & dining areas make up most of the 2nd floor, along with a full kitchen. There is a large upper deck with a comfy hammock and seating that overlooks the front yard of your dreams with blue skies, emerald seas, warm winds and coconut trees!

The four villas of Los Encantos spaciously encircle a lovely saltwater pool, with Villa La Jolla (unit #1) on the oceanfront. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, on the beach and around to beautiful landscaped grounds. Choose either sun filled or shaded by a palm frond umbrella or coconut trees (or move to your own quiet corner of paradise).

You are close enough to San Pedro town, but still feels very private. San Pedro town can be accessed by road via golf cart or bike. And, there are great restaurants and bars that are a short distance up or down the beach from Villa La Jolla.

Ambergris Caye, Belize's largest island, is known for its water sports, scuba diving and Caribbean beaches. Within sight of your villa, the Belize Barrier Reef (the world’s 2nd largest) features famed snorkeling and dive sites such as the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, with an abundance of sea life, and the 124m-deep Great Blue Hole.

While Villa La Jolla is on the Caribbean Sea side of the island, it's conveniently located adjacent to the island cross-road that goes to the infamous Secret Beach on the lagoon side of the island. Just a short drive across you'll find several establishments offering lounge chairs, shaded tables in the water, shaded docks, inner-tubes, over water massage, grilled food, cold beer, exotic concoctions & shallow turquoise waters! You can walk about 1/4 mile out from the beach in waist deep turquoise water! It’s a must see.

Villa La Jolla is a very comfortable, welcoming private home, the perfect “home base” for your amazing Ambergris Caye and Belize adventures. It may not be your choice if you seek 'gourmet kitchens' or 1000 thread count bedsheets. However, if you want somewhere you'll feel very welcomed, comfortable and able to live, relax and enjoy everything the island has to offer, then we're your choice. If there is anything you need or would like, our onsite caretaker and our San Pedro management company, Reef Management, will assist immediately. Reef and their terrific staff are a phone call away to arrange tours, golf carts rentals, bike rentals, water taxis, restaurant bookings - anything you wish.

**Exterior Security Camera In Use On Property: Exterior security cameras are in place to monitor ground level exterior door and windows. They are not located within or positioned to view any interior locations or those requiring reasonable expectation of privacy.
