House is fully equipped with all amenities, 1800 square foot interior, 900 square foot covered lanai overlooking pool and jacuzzi on a private 10,000+ square foot nicely landscaped lot.

Home fully opens to a spacious and private outdoor living area featuring an outdoor dining area, comfortable couch and seating area for entertaining and intimate settings.

Large flat screens with full choice of cable channels and HDTV 1080p, 120 Hz in all 3 bedrooms and family room. Wii gaming console, Bose surround system and Blu-ray. WIFI and DSL provided, along with indoor speakers. This home is full of good energy and plenty of ambience.

Located in the wind free area of Palm Springs, and minutes from downtown Palm Springs and all other local attractions, recreation areas, and several world class golf courses.

This 1949 home was built by Paul Trousdale, a well known Los Angeles developer of his time. The area, which included over 200 homes, was developed by Paul Trousdale, in partnership with Pearl McManus, under the name Palm Springs - Tahquitz Company. Pearl McManus was the daughter of Honorable Judge Guthrie McCallum of San Francisco who arrived in 1884 with his family, seeking health for his tubercular son. He was the first permanent white settler to build a home in Palm Springs.

"The home is furnished very stylish and comfortable. Art work is great! Everything was well-stocked (kitchen utensils, linens, etc.) and ready for us to move right in and enjoy a worry-free week in the sun. Landscaping and outdoor furniture was perfect for a relaxing stay. Good location -- close to downtown and easy access to the bike trail."

Great vacation home with all the right amenities

We rented Warm Sands for a girls weekend (group of five). The location of the house was great - close to grocery store, restaurants, and the main streets for DT Palm Springs. The house itself was lovely - lot's of space, pool, spa, great yard, etc. The bedrooms were roomy and had TVs. Other nice to haves were the laundry, BBQ, lot's of outdoor seating, blue tooth speaker. After having stayed in many rentals - the things that always set properties apart for me are the little conveniences that an owner provides and the response to any issues or questions. Jama was great in both respects. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, blow dryer, etc. We had a few questions about the spa/pool operations and she was quick to respond. She was also nice enough to take $40 off our bill because the pool wasn't heated when we arrived. All in all - we had a wonderful time and it truly felt like home. I would highly recommend Warm Sands to anyone.

Surprised in the quality

The owners of this property have paid attention to detail as we were quite well taken care of with a clean, beautifully decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. A great vacation which in part was from the comforts the owners provided.

My family celebrated my daughers birthday in palm springs and we couldn't ask for a better getaway. I would especially like to thank Jama for all her help in making the resevation and the stay go smoothly. So thank you and we will definitly be back in the warm sands.

A Quiet Getaway Spot with Amazing Location

Our stay at Jama & Joanne's house was everything we were hoping for - and exceeded all our expectations. The house has lots of comfortable seating, the beds and sheets were soft and excellent, the kitchen is open and airy, and the garage is crucial for sunny summer days - but the best part is the big, grassy back yard with the saltwater pool and a shaded lanai with tons of seating. This house has everything you'd need for a getaway, from lots of soft pool towels and floats, to fast wifi, cable and big tv with surround sound, and coozies for your beers and canned drinks. The air conditioning is powerful and works effectively to keep the home cool, but the additional fans provided will move air when you need it. The loungers by the pool create a relaxing environment, and the two umbrellas mean you won't melt in the heat. I highly recommend this house and will look it up for our return in the future!

Perfect retreat

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and once again it didn't disappoint!! Great view of mountains, plenty of shade for dogs and children with a nice pool and Jacuzzi.

The interior is Palm Springs modern with plenty of amenities. The owners make it very easy to operate AC, pool, Jacuzzi, lighting, etc. Plenty of pool towels, chairs and outdoor living space.

We have rented many homes in the Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage area but this is our favorite by far.

Fabulous home with a resort feel

We loved this beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and services. The backyard oasis is fantastic with a great pool, hot tub and covered lanai. We especially enjoyed grilling and dining outdoors. The house is outfitted with absolutely everything you could need. Each bedroom is very comfortable and 2 sitting areas offer plenty of space for watching TV/movies, playing games and conversation. We were so impressed with how immaculately clean the entire house is. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
