Great location and house design

The house is terrific; the open floor plan is good for entertaining. The location is central and easy to get to everything. The property manager is very responsive. The only complaint I have is the furnishings are dated. The furniture is old and not that comfortable. The kitchen dishes are unattractive (unbreakable) Coryell and most of the glasses are plastic. I understand that is for pool use safety but I had to buy my own glass glasses in order not to drink out of plastic (I was there for three months). The pool and backyard are great. But, again, the furnishings are lacking. There is no comfortable place to sit outside except for the chaise lounges. The outdoor table seats are hard metal. Some comfy, padded seating like wicker chairs with pillows, would have been great.

Blissful at Beverly

We loved nearly every part of this property! We needed a relaxing week away, and this absolutely was what we needed. The pool was lovely, and just the right size for us. Being wary of spending too much time in the sun, we enjoyed the fact that by mid-afternoon (in early April), the majority of the pool was in the shade, so we could enjoy the pool more, without concern about getting sunburned. The hot tub was also delightful! Although there were only two of us enjoying it, it was large enough to fit six comfortably. A short while before heading to the hot tub, we turned on the heat, and waited a few minutes for it to heat up. It was a good size, we enjoyed it immensely. We learned that the heater could either heat the pool or the hot tub at one time, which was not an issue for us at all. The kitchen was a great size, and came equipped with pots, pans, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, silverware, cups glasses, etc. It was easy to find what we needed while we were there. The living rooms were comfy and enjoyable. Several nights, we selected a movie to watch, and relaxed on the comfy couches. There were also a number of games to play, such as Pictionary, etc. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, the second has a double bed, and the master suite had a large king size bed. The only complaint we had was the bed was really creaky on one side, so any shifting in the middle of the night was noisy! The location was great, it was close to downtown, although we still drove to town, and it was super quiet! As we were close to the airport, we worried about hearing plane noise, but heard only a few each day, so it was not bothersome at all. The house was also close to a grocery store, so we could easily pick up what we needed. There were 4 lounge chairs, all in good condition, and plenty of shaded space when we wanted it! There was a nice selection of pool towels, too. We absolutely loved our week there, and will definitely go back again. We just hope they fix the master bed mattress by then!

Great Property

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. Overall, a great place to stay.

Lovely Time in Palm Springs

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. This was a working vacation for me and it was such a treat to finish a day of work and have a beautiful pool waiting. The internet was reliable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Property

Location of the property was great, and the home was very comfortable, and well equipped. It was more of a "casual/traditional" decoration than the typically "modern" style you encounter in Palm Springs, which was a nice change of pace. Lots of wood, and no plastic/acrylic. The Master Bath had a great walk-in shower, and the kitchen had recent major appliances, all of which worked well... We reported a couple of concerns with the pool (none of which stopped us from enjoying it), and the management company was prompt to respond and address them. Would recommend this property with easy!

Nice, large place in convenient location

A great place - larger than it appeared in the pictures online! Spacious indoor common areas, master suite, and patio. The pool and spa were nice, and the trees surrounding the property had lots of birds to watch while relaxing. Some of our group liked the beds, some found them uncomfortably hard. It got a little warm in the master suite since it is the farthest from the AC, but not intolerable. A short drive to downtown and many attractions (even in the times of COVID). We all agreed we would stay again!

Great property

We had a lovely time here. Pool water is very warm in August. Brought our own pool toys and an EZup for extended shade opportunities. The house has all utensils for bbq and kitchen. Refrigerator has ample space and a big ice maker. Regular coffee maker, not Keurig, bring your own seasonings. Beds are comfy, master patform bed a bit squeaky, not a dealbreaker. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and well appointed property

The house was lovely and well appointed. We lacked for nothing from the well supplied kitchen and baths to the variety of viewing options on the tv. The pool was great. We spent hours swimming and relaxing in it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning a return trip in the fall. Finally was management company was very courteous and helpful..

Great property!

Great property!! Very clean, very spacious, great quiet neighborhood, awesome pool!! Kitchen is very well stocked, bathrooms are clean, beds are a little squeaky but comfortable. My only complain, wish they had complimentary coffee!! I definitely recommend staying here!!

Wonderful relaxing getaway

Beautiful property. The pool and master suite are quite large. The property manager was very responsive about providing pool floats. Highly recommend.
