1 BR in a beautiful resort, super clean, great beach, Sleeps 4

This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. This resort in Kihei has 200 units that were just remodeled a few months ago and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in a perfect shape. I've been fortunate to accumulate a lot of Worldmark vacation points but don't have time to use them all. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach, Kamaole 1, very calm and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, must be 21 or older to book.
Units are assigned the morning of check-in and you will be assigned the best available unit on the day you arrive. Pictures you see here are provided by the resort and represent a typical unit. All units were remodeled at the same time, all are air conditioned, have similar size and layout, and same appliances, furniture, and supplies.
For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and laundry soap.

Excellent experience!

The pool at this resort is so beautiful. Everything is very clean. Convenient location to the beach and shops/restaurants in Kihei. The bed in our apartment was very comfortable and the place was perfect for us. Definitely recommend.

Clean condo in a central location

The condo was clean and as described. It was centrally located and close to multiple restaurants, a grocery, bakery and beach. The murphy bed was comfortable and the pool was clean and relaxing. Check in and check out were quite easy. The unit came with small packets of basic spices, laundry powder, dishwasher powder and adequate dishes and silverware.

Great location and wonderful property management staff. The property ground and pool are very clean and beautiful. The room was a bit plain and the lighting fixtures need some lower watt bulbs or dimmers.

Best condo rental for your money

This was the best condo that I have rented in kihei on a budget. Although there wasnt a view, its was a 2 min walk to the beach. Also, they frequently had food trucks close by for a quick snack before dinner. What we loved most was that there was 2 air conditioning units!! It was so reliving to come back after a day in the heat to a very cold room♡ Very clean unit with very helpful 24-7 staff.

Unpleasant smell

Although the room was clean, there was a horrible smell like cigarette smoke & wet carpet and the couch smelled too. I think they tried to get rid of the cigarette smell but unsuccessful. I had the windows open to try to get rid of the smell but didn’t work. The listing showed “recently remodeled” but I don’t think so. Everything still looks dated. I wouldn’t stay here again.
