ALOHA and Welcome to our Island Paradise! 🌴🌸 Maui No Ka Oi. This C-601 corner studio unit is on the TOP FLOOR of Kihei Akahi right across from the beautiful Kamaole Beach II in very sunny South Kihei with Privacy and Security along with a direct front facing ocean view and your very own designated parking spot for your entire stay. Once you walk in, you are embraced by the fragrant tropical breeze and the gorgeous views of the blue Pacific with views of Molokini, Lanai, and Kahoolawe in front of you. Kihei Akahi is beautifully landscaped and has 28 varieties of native flowers and plants, a UNIQUE tropical resort !
The condo was completely remodeled with granite countertops and travertine flooring along with free Hi- Speed WiFi.
We have installed a brand new Friedrich A/C inside the condo; it is a 15,000 BTU, the absolute largest allowed for our size condo along with a ceiling fan above the bed, and cool island breezes which flow through the condo.
The private lanai offers a full on 180 degree unobstructed ocean view.
As the condo is only steps away from the beach, you can spend time at the beach or just relaxing by the pool. After a busy day exploring the island, you can spend a restful evening on the lanai watching the ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE sunset, or enjoy the variety of nightlife as we are within walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants. You might even see whales during Whale Watching season from the lanai and there is also a tennis court which is also a pickleball court!
At night, just let go completely and relax in the Queen size bed with a comfortable new Serta Perfect sleeper firm mattress and let yourself relax while listening to the ocean waves.

The condo has everything you could need to make your Maui experience as enjoyable as possible. Unwind watching TV on a 32 inch flatscreen after a busy day as Maui offers something for everyone.

The kitchen has utensils, a blender, microwave, cookware, a new 12 cup coffee maker, teapot, bagel size toaster, a gas oven/range; there is even a hairdryer in the bathroom and we also have a Full size washer/dryer inside. Our activity closet has 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, and 2 ice-coolers (hard & soft case). Please bring your own personal toiletries (sunscreen, shampoo, soaps, etc…) or you can also also pickup travel size ones at a nearby store.
We want to make your stay as special as possible, so please do not hesitate to let us know how we can help you enjoy your vacation in Paradise and create an extraordinary memory.

The unit is amazing. Unfortunately, Kīhei experienced some of the worse rain & flooding in recent memory. This caused some unforeseen glitches in the building as a whole. The unit’s owner was very responsive & cooperative in dealing with the issues that were out of her control. I would definitely stay here again if & when I return to Maui.

Being on the 6th floor you have a perfect view to watch the sunset every night. Location was great. Right across the street from Kam 2 beach and walking distance to several food options and souvenir shops. The condo was a good size for two people. Definitely recommend staying here.
