Villa Giusi is an elegant and welcoming independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Giusi you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of Praiano. Villa Giusi is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line at 120 meters (390 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Giusi from the street level going up a walkway that includes approximately 47 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Giusi. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in one of the private parking lots of Praiano (pending availability). Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 2 meters (6.5 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of Praiano. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels.Available upon request: baby bed. Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 2.50 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt.
Terrace
The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic lemon pergola and by an awning. It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of Praiano.
Patio
The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch and by a pergola with a characteristic bamboo roof. It is equipped with a sofa and with a table and chairs. On the patio you will find a fitness area equipped with a treadmill. At your disposal there will be a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. From the patio you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first bedroom and from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a toaster. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the terrace. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the patio.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen going down two steps. The ceiling is sloped. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hydromassage shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a small window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
