Comfortable studio in the Alps Col St Jean Montclar

Cozy studio of 27m², well equipped including a sleeping area with two bunk beds and a sofa BZ in the main room. Bathroom with bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, raclette service. Numerous storage. A small balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountain and the center of the resort.
All shops are on site (bakery, supermarket, post office, tourist office, day-care center ...). Proximity of the departure of the tracks and the excursions.
Winter: 50 km of downhill ski slopes, snowshoes, ice rink, snowpark ..
Summer: heated pool, Paragliding school, mountain biking, acrobranche, health trail ..
Nautical base of Serre-Ponçon 10 minutes (swimming, fishing, boat rental ...)
An individual cellar is at your disposal to deposit your ski equipment.
Minimum two nights: 130 euros then price per night for the following days depending on the season (except week 51: 4 days minimum)
Linen is not included. It is possible to rent sheets and towels for 12euros per bed (on request directly to the owner on booking)
A security deposit of 250 euros will be requested upon booking and will be returned at the end of stay if no damage has been found and the household does.
Cleaning option 45 euros (on request directly to the owner)

Un bol d'air

Logement tres propre et fonctionnel. Une tres jolie vue. Au coeur de la station de Montclar (remontees a 2 minutes a pied) Petite confiture de bienvenue maison et de nombreux encas a notre disposition. Super.

Agréable séjour

Merci beaucoup à Anne Marie, qui est une hôte très agréable et à l'écoute. L'appartement était parfait, comme sur l'annonce, et juste à côté des pistes, parfait pour ceux qui aiment skier. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir l'année prochaine ! Encore merci !

Avec Abritel, tant que l'on a pas payer la location, on ne peut pas joindre le propriétaire afin d'avoir plus de précisions sur l'équipement du studio, la localisation dans le village... Et c'est bien regrettable. Nous nous sommes trouvés confrontés à des nuisances sonores jusqu'à plus de 2 heures du matin: fêtes, et animations de la mairie plusieurs fois par semaine, et surtout des restaurants très bruyants jusqu'à des heures très tardives: 2 heure du matin également. Donc impossible d'avoir les fenêtres ouvertes pour profiter du frais en soirée. Si nous avions pu contacter la propriétaire, nous aurions eu des explications et nous aurions choisis un studio plus éloigné du centre de la station. Malgré plusieurs réclamations auprès de l'office de tourisme et de la mairie, rien n' a pas été amélioré, donc nous avons passés 4 semaines pas très agréables lorsque l'on était dans le studio. Aussi, nous ne repasserons plus par Abritel pour nos prochaines vacances.
