Amazing property with really nice owner. Great location to see some of Brittany's beautiful beaches and towns. Highly recommend a visit to amiets beach, saint pol de Leon and the local beach only a short walk from the property. The table tennis, pool, boules and kayaks are great and we really enjoyed using them.

Fantastic Family Holiday

From start to finish, Fantastic!’ We’ve been totally relaxed, and enjoyed the house, and all it has to offer. The surrounding areas was wonderful, restaurants excellent, and we were made to feel truly welcome.

Great house, great location

From start to finish, we had a wonderful week at Laurent’s house. He was a perfect host, very generous and informative, and we felt at home immediately. The area is so peaceful and the beaches nearby are breathtaking (and fun for water sports). Recommend highly! (And thank you Laurent.)

Excellent séjour.Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Laurent.La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La piscine couverte et chauffée est parfaite.Multitude d'équipements de loisirs fournis ( vélos, table de ping-pong, un kayak ...) La maison est proche de plusieurs plages, des commerces....Je recommande cette location sans aucune hésitation.

Super schön

Wir waren mit der Familie in dem wunderschönen Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der empfang von HerrnLaurent war sehr herzlich und hat uns alles gezeigt. Der Pool ist gold wert. Morgens schon eine Runde schwimmen und anschließend entspannen. Das Wetter war etwas durchwachsen aber warm. Fahrrad fahren und mit dem Kajak auf dem Meer war toll. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Ruhe und die Ausflüge mach Brest und Roscoff waren einmalig. Immer wieder gerne. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Laurent, der immer zur Stelle war.

Familien- Urlaub Juni 2025

Der Pool war sehr schön- wir haben ihn fast täglich genutzt. Der Vermieter hat sich super gekümmert. Der Weg zum schönen, kleinen Sandstrand ist so kurz wie auf FEWO- DIREKT beschrieben. Die Ruhe in dieser Gegend ist unglaublich. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wetter war für unsere langjährige Bretagne- Erfahrung sehr untypisch. Zwei Regentage- ansonsten dauerhaft sonnig und fast heiß. Wunderschön und unvergesslich.Unbedingt probieren: Tomaten von Le 13 Zone de Kerveyer in 29233 Cleder. Wunderbarer Geschmack.

Belle semaine de vacances

La maison est bien pensée pour passer une belle semaine de vacances : piscine avec un abri mobile, table de ping-pong, terrain de pétanque, poêle a bois, sauna, cuisine bien équipée et Laurent a été présent à notre arrivée nous présenter la maison et les environs. Même si le temps n’a pas été de la partie, nous avons néanmoins passé une très belle semaine. Le GR 34 et les plages sont à proximité pour des balades à pied. Merci !

Fantastic

C'est une maison fantastique dans un endroit magnifique. Laurent était un hôte sympathique et accueillant qui a rapidement répondu à tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons tous (jeunes et moins jeunes) vraiment apprécié l'utilisation de la piscine, du kayak, des vélos et du tennis de table que la maison propose et les promenades côtières et les plages auxquelles vous pouviez accéder à pied depuis la maison étaient super. A quelques minutes en voiture, nous avons apprécié les belles plages d'Amiets et de Dossen et les charmantes villes de Roscoff et de St Pol de Léon. Merci, Laurent, d'avoir partagé votre magnifique maison avec nous. Nous espérons revenir !

Vacances à Sibiril

La maison est très bien équipée et le propriétaire met à disposition beaucoup d’équipements de loisirs (table de ping-pong, pétanque, vélos, canoës, etc). Bien que la maison soit en bord de route, l’endroit est très calme. L’accès au bras de mer à proximité de la maison ne prend que quelques minutes à pied mais cela peut s’avérer fastidieux quand il faut tracter les canoës malgré la petite remorque à disposition. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’acceuil du proprétaire qui a nous a partagé ses bonnes adresses. Le seul bémol est la qualité du ménage qui pourrait être améliorée.

La maison est conforme à l’annonce, idéalement placée, proche de la mer. La configuration de la maison est parfaite, là piscine chauffée et couverte est très agréable, le terrain de pétanque nous a permis de faire d’agréables parties en famille. Superbe location et ses environs

Location splendide. Propreté impeccable. Piscine chauffé, transat, terrain pétanque et boules, table de ping Pong, barbecue. Plage à 200 avec canoé à disposition ainsi que les vélos. Plage de sable blanc magnifique, et gr34 à faire vue incroyable de gauche à droite. très calme et dépaysants.

Superbe maison très bien située

Maison très bien équipée. Idéale pour 2 familles avec 2 enfants. La piscine couverte et chauffée est top. La maison est aussi idéalement située (plages à pied, proximité GR34). Laurent est très sympa (merci pour les supers références et lieux à ne pas manquer, on a adoré !). Nous avons passé un sejour génial. Bref, allez-y!

Hébergement de qualité, très bien équipé

La maison et son jardin sont en parfait état, très bien équipée avec des appareils, du mobilier et des accessoires de qualité. La piscine est très agréable. L'environnement est très calme, propice au repos. Le Finistère, et autour de Sibiril/Roscoff, propose des plages de sable clair et une mer transparente qui nous ont ravis. Laurent a été très accueillant et particulièrement réactif quand nous avons eu besoin de son aide. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans réserve.

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Laurent. La maison était parfaitement agencée pour 2 familles avec enfants. Deux espaces plutôt séparés et un sejour/cuisine au centre pour se retrouver. Nous avons grandement apprécié les espaces exterieurs avec piscine chaude (et couverte si besoin), la table de ping pong, le terrain de pétanque pour l'apéro et le barbecue à disposition. Le temps était trop beau pour profiter du sauna, mais à refaire! A 2 pas du GR34, de la plage et de toutes les merveilles de la côte Nord du Finistère, une merveille à découvrir absolument! Merci Laurent d'avoir pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous présenter la maison et ses environs. Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Très reposant

A 300 mètres d'une super belle côte et d'un GR34 magnifique. Une literie parfaite, et un accueil au top. Laurent est une personne humaine, nous vous conseillons de l'appeler. Petit plus de la semaine, la piscine est accessible même par mauvais car elle est couverte. Et ne parlons pas des BBQ et du sauna. Merci pour cette semaine de vacances ;)

Excellent séjour, nous recommandons !

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Nous étions 8 avec nos 4 enfants et grands-parents et tout est fait pour être à l'aise. Espace de vie, la piscine parfaite pour les enfants et couverte sous temps frais. Nous avons aussi profité de la table de ping-pong, du terrain de boules et du sauna. La région est magnifique et la maison est à proximité de la plage et des chemins de randonnées. L'accueil était chaleureux et facile. Nous recommandons vivement !!

Laurent nous a accueilli dans sa maison et a été aux petits soins et d’une grande disponibilité pour ne rien manquer des « incontournables de la région « La maison est très bien située, équipée précisément à la description de l’annonce, très bien équipée et très facile d’entretien quotidien. Laurent a veillé à ce que nous puissions profiter au maximum de nos vacances . C’était parfait , pour notre part, un coup de cœur pour cette région splendide et haute en couleur, nous reviendrons en octobre pour contraster avec l’été . Merci Laurent pour votre confiance.
