At the entrance to a peaceful hamlet in Doizieux, in the Loire region, L'Atelier is a 50 m² self-contained cottage housed in a fully renovated old stone building. Designed to accommodate up to four people, it combines the charm of the original structure with contemporary materials such as polished concrete, aluminum window and door frames, and wood, creating a warm and bright atmosphere.

The living area is arranged around a pleasant open-plan living space that opens onto the outside through large bay windows leading directly to the private terrace. A ground-floor bedroom features a king-size bed (200 x 200 cm) and also has direct access to the terrace. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, includes a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine offers two single beds (90 cm), ideal for children or guests.

Comfort is guaranteed year-round thanks to underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, a television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all the necessary amenities. Beds are made up before your arrival, and towels are provided for a hassle-free stay. Outside, you'll enjoy a private garden, a furnished terrace, and a reserved parking space. Nestled at the gateway to the Pilat Regional Natural Park, this holiday home offers an exceptional setting for a truly relaxing getaway. There are a few animals on the property, but the main part of the farm is located 3 km from the gîte.
