This seventh-floor stunner has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and dazzling ocean views from its private oceanfront balcony. The condo has a sleeper sofa in the oceanfront living room with large sliding doors that lead out to the balcony. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and neutral paint. A second balcony entrance can be found in the master bedroom along with a king-sized bed and large private bathroom. Each guest room has its own sophisticated style – one with a queen bed and the other with two double beds. A washer and dryer can also be found in the condo. Windy Hill Dunes is the preeminent oceanfront resort in the Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, located on historic Ocean Boulevard. Windy Hill Dunes provides guests with ample aquatic luxuries, including a large outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, and hot tub, all just footsteps from the beach. A fitness center is also available on the premises. The Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is one of the most exclusive stretches of coastline on the entire Grand Strand, and is within minutes from the incredible shopping and dining of famous Barefoot Landing.

Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay.
