Nice sunny house near Die center, mountain view

Like at home ...
A practical, functional, welcoming house of 120 m2, with terrace and garden, less than 1 km from the city center of Die and Drôme, and a few hundred meters from shops. Clear view, facing the mountains, not overlooked, sunny and bright, 4 bedrooms, very nice to live!
My little cozy nest will welcome you during the school holidays for 1 or more weeks to relax in the green in all seasons!
The garden is not on the ground floor (see pictures).
The entrance is on the garden side. Access is via an internal staircase.
The bottom of the house is occupied by Gaston, a senior, very calm, adorable and discreet!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
