Ideally located to discover the Chambérienne agglomeration, the regional natural parks of Chartreuse and the Massif des Bauges, the Lacs du Bourget, Aiguebelette, Annecy or the Savoie vineyards.
The apartment is composed of a living room with fully equipped kitchen open to a bright living room very comfortable with SmartTV, Chromcast and Canal + channels. Access balcony-terrace exposed South-East. 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) with bathroom (bath) and separate WC. 1 room equipped with two beds 1 person (80x20cm) combinable in a bed 2 people (160x200cm) with bathroom (large shower) and separate toilet. Television, Bluetooth speaker and desk in each room. Sheets included + beds made on arrival. Towels included. Washing machine + dryer. Parking on the property completely fenced. Provision of bicycles.
