Tout simplement parfait !

Bonjour ! Oui,tout est parfait dans cet appartement , la terrasse avec la vue sur le Golfo dei Poeti avec la musique du conservatoire juste en bas , nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner et plusieurs apéros avec la vue sur les bateaux de croisières. La cuisine est bien équipée et le salon et la chambre sont très confortable ! Le quartier piétonnier de La Spezia avec ces restos, boutiques et supermarchés sont a 5 minutes de marche , l'arrêt d'autobus et la gare de train pour vous rendre aux Cinque Terre, Porto venere , lerici , pise etc, est très proche . Sylvie et Moi voulons remercier Signore Loffredo pour son accueil le premier jour , il a été très gentil avec nous. Nous voulons aussi remercier Sig.ra Sonia Loffredo pour sa rapidité a nous répondre quand nous avions des questions ! Grazie Mille ! La vita è bella dans cet appartement! René et Sylvie

Appartement charmant au coeur de la Spezia.

Nous avons passé un très agréable WE prolongé dans ce charmant et fonctionnel appartement de la Spezia, très bien situé à env. 5 mn à pied du port et du centre ville. L' accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes, Sonja et son Papa, nous ont ravi. Seul petit bémol: le parking privé plein air est situé sur les hauteurs à env. 5 bonnes minutes de marche, et la police montre un zèle sans faille pour déposer les PV's de stationnements. Le samedi y compris.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung ( Einrichtung klasse) mit einer großen Terrasse und tollen Blick, super zentrale Lage in einen schönen und ruhigen Wohnviertel. Sehr nah an der Uferpromenade. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren einfach toll. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder obwohl wir schon viermal in La Spezia waren.

appartement superbe ,vue imprenable,réception tres chaleureuse,confort et propreté impeccable

Magnifique sejour dans un cadre extremement confortable et elegant .Le mobilier , la deco, le linge , tout est etudié pour bien se sentir chez soi. Sonia une belle Dame tres accueillante prevoit le refrigerateur garni ,ainsi que les premiers secours d un bon petit dejeuner avec une cafetiere geniale et ses dosettes !!!! chaque pièce a sa television le couchage est parfait beau et tres propre. Un monsieur nous accompagne au parking et on s apperçoit sur le parcours que ce Monsieur tellement charmant est le papa de Sonia et on a plus envie de le quitter!!! Tres belle vue sur la terrasse magnfiquement ammenagée .Quartier elegant et calme , bien securisé. Les points essentiels touristiques sont a peu de km , je recommande ce lieu exeptionnel et y retournerai avec plaisir .

This apartment is a gift I received from my husband.
My family and I are living in the same building and I can guarantee the area is the most beautiful & wealthy area of La Spezia. For this reason, since the house has never been used by anybody, we decided to rent the apartment and give travelers the possibility to relax and enjoy the city of La Spezia and the quality of life of Italy.

What makes this property unique

It is a very peaceful apartment. It is also the perfect solution for people who like to wake up in the morning and enjoy a beautiful ocean view while having breakfast on the roof.
The apartment is furnished and it has all the confort that people need to enjoy their stay.
