Lovely host, voluntarily going the extra mile to ensure that we had the best time possible. Large, comfortable accommodation, much larger kitchen and bathroom than we expected. Private outdoor space a rare treat also. Location could not be better--trains to the Cinque Terre very close, as well as a bus to Porto Venere. Small but well stocked market just around the corner. And did I mention the host? Look up kind, thoughtful and funny in the dictionary....that's her picture next to the decription! It's a privilege to give this host and her property our most enthsiastic endorsement.

Location

Very clean and comfortable place. Can not beat the location either, only a couple minutes walk to train station and restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.

Located very near main shopping area and easy walking to the train and port, this 2 bedroom second floor unit was a successful find for us.

This was a great location to the train station for access to Cinq de Terre. There was an outdoor area we could use which worked well for us. Adriana was also great at replying to my questions.

Awesome location in La Spezia for Cinque Terre

This is a very clean, extremely nice apartment in a perfect location in La Spezia. A short walk to/from the train station (@3-5 min) makes it ideal for visiting Cinque Terre, as well as just a few blocks from the main dining venues in La Spezia - don't miss that opportunity! Location was surprisingly quiet, even with it's prime location, and extremely comfortable. Check In/Out was very smooth with very detailed instructions from owner. Would absolutely stay here again!

My adult daughter and I stayed here 2 nights before and after hiking to Cinque Terre. Location is central and accessible to downtown. Not fancy but met our needs for two nights. Adriana is prompt and easy to deal with.

Full kitchen is nice, can sleep 6. Instructions for access to the apartment were lacking, and owner was not available to meet us. Sent her daughter, who wasn't fluent in english.

Great start to a family vacation

We traveled to Italy after both kids graduated from college as a celebration. This was our first stop. The directions on how to get to the property, where to park etc were great. We had no problems. We had everything we needed during our stay. The property was cute and clean. Highly recommend this property.

The best!!!!

First time using Vrbo and this wad amazing! This apartment had everything and was in the best location ever!! Adriana’s husband greeted us and let us into the apartment which was so clean and had plenty of room! The kitty cats in the balcony were an added bonus!! Thank you!

Fantastic stay!

Listing was just as described. 2 minute walk from train station. Host is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I was hesitant at first because I didn’t see many reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised when we saw everything was legit. Thank you to Adriana and her family for welcoming us!
