This was a rare occasion where the place was more beautiful than the photos that showed it. Everything is immaculate and comfortable, well situated and very charming. It has everything we could possibly want and was well suited to walk a short distance to the train or ferry. Alessandra is absolutely amazing and in fact if I lived near her, I with audition to be her best friend. She is a gem and she loves her property and it shows.

A beautiful and well-planned flat. It is tastefully decorated and with high ceilings. You get the feeling that this is a real home where you can live comfortively. Two nice balkonies. If you open the balcony-doors you get a natural air-conditioning. The bathroom looks as if it is newly renovated with very fine materials and a luxury feeling. The kitschen is well equipped. The flat is perfectly situated in the old part of the city between the railway station and the harbour. Though in the central part of the old town it is quiet. The host is very kind and helpful.

The property was elegant and spacious, with a terrific location close to restaurants and within a quick walk to the train station! Nice apartment!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment, which was well appointed, nicely decorated, and convenient to the train station and ferry dock. It is also right on a pedestrian mall with tons of shopping and food options. Alessandra was wonderful, and we hope to return to La Spezia!

Super clean apartment in a great central location

Stayed two nights here to visit Cinque Terre. 5 minutes to the train station but La Spezia was a bonus great place. Make sure to make a reservation at Ostaria all Inferno for a memorable dinner.

The proximity of the apartment to the train station and the port made our daily excursions very easy to organise. Casa llda was spacious, clean, comfortable and situated in a quiet neighbourhood which made for a very enjoyable holiday.The host was just wonderful, nothing was too much trouble

Superb location!

The entire stay was fabulous thanks to an easy check in, beautiful apartment, and excellent location right in the middle of the action. Highly recommend! If you need parking, the train station lot is perfect just 5 minutes walk.

We loved the high ceilings and large windows and doors that could be opened at Alessandra's apartment. The living room & bedrooms are spacious and airy. The flat is in a lovely historic building with an elevator; it's close to everything yet quiet at night. She's a wonderful host and provided everything we needed.
