Mas on the island of fishermen in the Barcares on private 230 sqm shaded, in an exotic environment, classified Natura 2000. 100 m from a sandy beach at the edge of the pond and 800 m from the Mediterranean Sea and beaches monitored, accessible by a bike path and pedestrian. In the residence free access to the aquatic area 2 swimming pools including 1 heated (open from April to early November), 1 paddling pool with slide, 2 large slides, 1 jacuzzi, indoor space with hammam, sauna, gym sport, petanque, ping pong. In the residence restaurant, grocery, snack, laundry.
Many activities nearby water park, cinema, casino, tree climbing, tennis, mini-golf, etc .... On the pond 100 m spot kite surfing, windsurfing and paddle. Near Perpignan and Spain, Cathar country castle in the Aude and the city of Carcassonne.
Mas typical of Catalan country, thatched roof, full foot, fully enclosed by vegetable hedges. The farmhouse includes a living room kitchen (TV, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator). Independent toilet. 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140/190 and 2 beds 90/190), one with bathroom and WC. A second independent bathroom. A cabin room with 2 beds in 80 bunk. Stay overlooking the terrace and the garden with living room of garden and barbecue-plancha with gas.
