This charming 16th century house is located in the Loire Valley, at the gates of Saumur.

House composed of a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom, separate WC, as well as a large living / dining / kitchen area with approximately 40m² of open plan fitted kitchen on the ground floor.
On the first floor, a bathroom, separate WC, and 4 double bedrooms (3 with single beds, 1 with double bed).

View of the castle of Salvert and its English park of 10 hectares, but also on the hunting park of the castle.
Authorized access to the heated swimming pool (in season) of the castle of Salvert from 15/05 to 15/09.

Compulsory supplements: Electricity package 20 € / stay, Cleaning 80 € / stay
Optional (payable locally): heating package € 50 / stay, firewood for fireplace € 5 / day
