This luxury villa with private pool offers fantastic views over the nature reserve and Guadiana river which is bordering with Spain. Its located in the unspoiled eastern Algarve on a low density golf resort with 24hour security. From here you can explore the wonderful sandy beaches or explore into the Alentejo area and even visit Seville. For bird watchers there 's the nearby Sapal nature reserve, for golfers there's plenty of choice and the area is great for sports like running and bike riding as well. There are terraces on three different levels which gives plenty of privacy options. The villa offers all comforts like full airco, high speed internet, sat tv, 2 mountain bikes.

Why they chose this property
The house has been completely renovated in 2014. Its nearby within Europa, the area is not mass tourist and the resort is well maintained with low density. I am a keen golfer, the course is a nice walk within nature, you will only find real estate along 4/5 out of 27 holes. Neighboring courses Monte Rei and Quinta do Vale are at 15m reach away.
In summer the nearby beaches of Praia Verde, Vrsa at 10-15m are a big plus.
