Erik is a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and spent many hours relaxing in the pool. A perfect home base for various Palm Springs activities. Loved being able to park in the garage as well!

Our first time to Palm Springs and this was the perfect spot. The house was comfortable, bright and airy with incredible views of the mountains. Many enjoyable hours were spent by the pool reading and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Nice set up for us and friends. We enjoyed our stay, just wish the oven being broken was disclosed to us prior to going to the grocery store during our stay. We enjoyed the location being so close to town and jacuzzi!

The house was well appointed, and had amazing views of the mountains from inside. We loved having our morning coffee and tea in the living room with the doors to the pool open and the fresh cool air blowing in. The area surrounding the house is under construction and not very attractive, but is really not visible from inside, and there was no construction noise at all. A few small requests were responded to immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay with wonderful views!

We had a great stay at this property. The views were incredible, and the place was very clean and modern. Tons of space, very cozy. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do (mountains, restaurants, hot springs). Would def stay again!

Cleanliness and maintenance of the home was not what it should have been. Paint was damaged/dirty throughout the home, insides of all cabinets were dirty, sink and shower handles pull straight off, water damage on trim in mater bathroom and stains on the carpets. There were other things but want to keep it short.
Oven broken and unusable. Extremely dirty.
Mold/debris in refrigerator.
Cabinets have food splattered on them.
Insides of cabinets were dirty.

This property was perfect for our group because each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was good sized. Pool and spa were very enjoyable .anoour
