You will stay in a new housing that has been completely renovated in 2019. A stay / equipped kitchen, a room with a bed of 160X200, dressing, a room of bath with shower with the Italian and wash-hand basin, a separated TOILET. Surface of 42 m2. Ideal for seniors because no stairs. Direct access to the DRC. The accommodation is intended primarily for single couples and possibly accompanied by a child aged 14 years maximum. It is possible to stay at 4 but with a baby in an umbrella bed in the parents' room.

Great accommodation in lovely area

Warmly welcomed to this toasty warm well thought out little house on one level.The village , rated as one of the prettiest in France is quiet, well supplied with restaurants and charming to walk round. We and our two small dogs loved the walks through the vines, starting right from the village. There is a small shop , which also does bread and coffees, handily near the church, so a great stop at the end of the walk. Ribeauville, really close by, is also good to walk round and crammed with lots of shops and restaurants. For a complete change, you can drive up to the nearby snowy hills for cross country skiing, or simply to enjoy lunch at a lovely inn. The bustle of Colmar with its seven Christmas markets is great in December. . For us, this area really has everything, but most of all we loved the walks, well wrapped up, under blue skies enjoying the views of the vineyards

EXCELLENT CHOICE

The accommodation is all on the ground floor. Parking is free directly across the road. The bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable. There is hanging space for clothes. The shower is spacious. The water is hot and lasts for successive showers - no problems. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The host, Andre, is genial, efficient and helpful. We paid an additional 28 euros for cleaning and an additional 5 euros each for towels, etc. The entire apartment is comfortable, clean and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Un magnifique séjour chez Nadine & André !

Un logement conforme à la description. Nous avons passé un séjour fort sympathique chez Nadine & André; des hôtes chaleureux, disponible, accueillant. Nadine & André, savent recevoir, guider les vacanciers et conseiller sur les excursions à faire dans la région. Ils sont au petit soin pour les vacanciers. Le logement est vraiment très agréable, propre, parfaitement équipé, bien situé pour les excursions à faire (qui ne manquent pas dans cette belle région). Nous pensons revenir avec grand plaisir !

Nous tenons à ce que nos vacanciers se sentent comme chez eux dans nos gîtes. Nadine met un point d'honneur sur la propreté du logement. Il ne faut qu'à aucun moment nos hôtes soient frustré de découvrir un logement et un accueil froid. Les vacances sont tellement attendu par tous ceux qui travaillent qu'il faut qu'ils soient agréables et conviviales. Nous avons aussi beaucoup de chance d'habiter à côté de nos gîtes car nous pouvons très vite intervenir si besoin. Un autre avantage est effectivement d'habiter au centre de l'Alsace tout prêt de ce qu'il faut faire quand vous venez chez nous. Merci Anaëlle pour votre commentaire, Nous sommes encouragé à faire bien pour nos hôtes.

Location en très bon état. Gros problème d'eau chaude pendant le séjour, impossible de prendre 2 douches successives (le ballon ne fournit pas assez d'eau chaude). Problème signalé au propriétaire. nous Lépouse

Bonjour Denis, Merci pour votre réponse et votre appréciation. Le logement étant tout neuf, nous avons dû apprendre à régler le chauffe-eau neuf. Nous avons effectué des réglages supplémentaires et les locataires suivants qui ont pris deux douches successives ont été ravis. Le problème a été résolus. André & Nadine
