Included with your stay: a complimentary 6-seater golf cart for easy exploring and exclusive beach service featuring 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. We know your pets are family too—dogs are welcome with prior management approval! The Space
Step inside to be greeted by soaring 20-foot vaulted ceilings that create an airy, grand ambiance. The main level offers two expansive living areas, seamlessly connected by a chef-inspired kitchen equipped with a gas range, double oven, dual refrigerators, and custom cabinetry—everything you need to whip up memorable meals. Dining is a breeze with a table for 10, a round breakfast nook for 5, 4 bar stools at the kitchen island, and an outdoor poolside table for al fresco enjoyment.

The lower level features two well-appointed bedrooms: a spacious bunk room ideal for kids or singles with 3 bunk sets (twin over double) and a serene king suite with a private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, discover three additional retreats: a king suite with en-suite bathroom, a queen suite with its own bathroom, and an expansive grand master sanctuary. The master dazzles with a king bed, generous sitting area, large closet, and private balcony offering gulf views. Its spa-like bathroom indulges with a double walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. An oversized covered lanai upstairs provides a shaded oasis with seating and stunning vistas.

The pool can be heated in colder months with notice prior to arrival and an additional fee.

Beach service is offered at the Crab Trap. You will have four chairs and two umbrella's to use everyday of your stay March 1st - October 31st.

In lieu of a damage deposit, a $110.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1,500.00. This fee will show up as an admin fee at check out.

Property manager was very thorough when explaining the check in process. House was exactly as it’s listed. Pool and hot tub were both clean and operational. Home amenities seemed endless! Host provided bottle of wine and chocolates. 10/10 for this host and property! Will book again!

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed daily. Very close and easy to travel to the beach especially in the six seater golf cart. The five bedrooms worked out perfectly. The Master Bedroom Suite is gorgeous! We prepared breakfast daily in the fully equipped kitchen. There were a few things that needed repaired but Katherine assured us this was on the to do list. Overall we would highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

Awesome house that needs some work and a professional cleaning agency that knows what they’re doing

The house itself was perfect and spacious; however, it was very worn down and needs some repairs. The banister was very unstable and an obvious safety concern. Multiple kitchen cabinets doors were missing knobs and loose. The master bedroom had very worn carpet, which needs to be replaced with anything else as this property allows pets and my dogs knew there were other pets on that carpet…guess how?! Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the entire property, which we relayed to the host and she worked with us to correct. There was food pieces scattered throughout the first floor, a condom wrapper half sticking out from the first floor night stand, food smeared on the lower kitchen cabinet doors and dishwasher, food smeared on one of the couches, both patio areas need a thorough pressure washing from grease, mold and whatever else was growing on the floor and walls, the sliding door tracks were covered in dirt and grime with one sliding door latch broken. The garage needs a thorough pressure washing or at least have all the dirt and sand blown out. Again, the house itself was great but when paying this amount, it’s hard to relax in filth.

Please take into account all of the other great reviews on this site other than this one. I inspected this house before this guest checked in. It looked great! When they arrived they complained about things and when I offered to come over and fix them they declined. When guests are unhappy we try to remedy the problem quick! When they inquired about booking they wanted a 50% discount. I do not think they were use to booking homes like this. They just wanted money back. It was obvious. Now they are upset they didn't get what they wanted. Beachside Retreats will not be renting to this guest in any of our properties going forward. Book the house! You won't be disappointed!

You cannot go wrong with this home! All bedrooms are spacious. All except the bunk room have walk-in closets. The neighborhood is beautiful. The golf cart was so helpful. The pool is actually bigger in person than the picture. Instructions etc was clear. Just book it!

Wonderful location in beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home with a perfect location! Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of seating for everyone. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and everyone was happy! Loved the second-floor balcony in the mornings for coffee and the pool and hot tub on ground level for afternoons when we needed a break from too much sun and sand at the beach. Especially since we had two 19-month-old toddlers!

Hot tub and pool were a hit! Close walk to the beach! Having the house provide umbrella/chair service was the ticket! The community amenities were excellent. We did try to use the grill at the community pool and neither worked. My only improvement would be to either have 2 golf carts, a 4 seater wasn’t very efficient with our guest count.
